It would be best if you went to freelancer or some other sites to get your demands met. People over here write stuff for five times that amount, and only then will quality and all your other requirements be fulfilled.
Otherwise you would be wasting your time here, and ours with such rates and tight deadline jobs.

The thread specifies your need more than the newbies that you are trying to help. Instead of giving dirt-cheap rates and strict deadlines, you should have offered them decent rates. But since you are tied down in budget constraints, I would like to point out that you are looking for quality work with cheap rates, which is not acceptable by me and for the other writers in this prestigious forum.
So in hindsight and on a more informative note, kindly do not make a thread like this, it is just a plain insult on the writers who slog it out to help the SEO business and are the lifeline of it.
