So welcome to my thread i have previously done a blog about an idea i had. It didnt really work out so i decided to start afresh and with a new money making scheme.

So my plan is real simple as i am a noob. I read about this several times on BHW but i thougth i might aswell try it myself and im using this blog to help me keep motivated.

Plan:
Use a content locker and CPA on MegaUpload downloads. I advertise this through youtube linking people to free downloads but before they can get it they must complete the offer and i get paid.

Its really simple as i am a just new to IM and only 15.

If anyone has any tips for me then please let me know

Day 1

1. Signed up to a content locker/cpa network.
2. Created a youtube account
3. Brainstormed what i was going to be uploading to megaupload to try and get people to complete the survey at the gateway.
   

DAY 1 STATS

Day 2

1. Uploaded a few files to megaupload
2. Created 2 videos and uploaded them with link to megaupload(Content Locker)
3. Increased the views with vagex.

Its been quite a busy day today with school and what not. Its Saturday tomorrow so shall try and work harder and hopefully get the first bit of $.

If the files are Porn or Warez or something illegal/immoral, use sharecash instead of a content locker on your own. It's way simpler and you most likely won't get banned.

The video, what kind of video you have made? screen shot or cam the item??

i would aim for over $10/day - that's not much at all. if you have absolutely no knowledge, set the bar at $50/day - that's the equivalent of working 30 to 40 hours at a traditional high school job.

Haven't really done much today as i have been out with friends.
What i have done is:

1. Uploaded a file to MegaUpload (gonna make the video tomorrow)
2. Used enhanceviews to generate quite a few comments

I had a little think and thought if i made a site with the downloads on it and i could maybe content lock the site?

Just had a massive think.
I have only got 2 videos up, so after reading a couple of threads i MUST make lots more. Use vagex to increase the views. I could maybe do a TV series and so for each one they have to complete a survey that would bring in a fair bit of cash. Im gonna start that tomorrow. I may start a website and link off to different downloads where they have to do the survey.

I know the more experienced members of the forum may think this plan's a little...

But put it this way. Everyone has to start somewhere and on this thread i am going to be learning quite a lot. So if you think you could improve my plan then please comment or message me

Yeah most people on here goes after getting tons of videos up say you get 100 up and each one gets 5 views a day that's 500 viewers if you can get 40% to clickthrough to your site there is a good chance they'll unlock the content.

But remember it must be for something people actually wan't to fill out a survey for to unlock it. So don't make a video about cute animals and lock a page with pictures of some more cute animals.

Saints row the third just came out, maybe "offer" them a way to dl it free, but they need to unlock your content first.(and then just have the dl link contain a file that says buy it you thief)

Made some progress today.

1. Uploaded a video thanks to @chockfactor's idea
2. Boosted the views with vagex
3. Downloaded some TV series

So i had a quick look at my megaupload account today and saw that my files somehow had over 30 downloads??!!
I have received no money from the content gateway, so im not sure how the people have got past the gateway as i tried it and it was quite securely blocked.
Either there is some problem with the content gateway or my network is scamming me and not giving me the money or maybe megaupload counts 'Downloads' as 'clicks'- im confused. I use bee4.biz for the content gateway if you want to research the site.

I think i may change networks to sharecash or adgatemedia or something like that.

Let me know what you think.

I never heard about that network better use a more wellknown one. Because doesn't sound like you got your own locker.

I will be following this, and I wish ya the best of luck! I do have one request though, rather than me having to parse the forum every time I check back, I would love to see users start editing their OP with updates rather than have them spread throughout the thread!

For not being paid - check and see if they require the download to be beyond a certain size. Some of the networks pay more the larger the download is. Is it possible that your downloads are too small?

Guys, of course It's possible to make 5k a week or even more.
Always build up your goals. 10$/day and then 100$ and so on.

Worked pretty hard today.

1. Downloaded several episodes of a TV series
2. Uploaded them to MegaUpload
3. Had a bit of re-search on which content locker networks i could join and would be better, decided on one and signed up.

Hope to change networks tomorrow and start afresh and forget bee4.biz because i dont know wtf they are doing with their network.

Get more clicks and see if your conversion rate increases. If not then consider going to a different network.

Yeah pretty good day today.
Here's what i did:

1. Uploaded little bits of the episodes to youtube (2 episodes)
2. linked them to the megaupload and the content locker
3. increased the views/ comments/ likes with vagex.

Decided to stay with bee4.biz untill i get $10 then i can cashout and move networks.

Day 8 STATS
Views:62 (i have just realised this is the total amount of views i have received during the whole process)
Leads:1 (this is the lead i have done today)
Earnings: $4.2 (this is the money i have earnt today alone)

hmmm got a bit confused there sorry.
Starting tomorrow i will just do stats i have received for that day.

Whenever I find myself in a content locker situation I just read the source code of the page until I find a lead to the content I want to download/view, that way I bypass the security and avoid answering the anoying surveys or anything. Just to let you know peaople could have downloaded your file without doing much.

Could you encode the content locker code to prevent this?

Worked pretty damn hard today trying to get up to date with this series. Here's what i did:

1. Uploaded 3 episodes to Megaupload
2. Uploaded 3 episode clips to youtube
3. Increased views/comments/likes with vagex

Had a look at a site called 'Microworkers'. Thought maybe i could link that with my niche

Im rendering another episode and also another TV show that could get a few earnings.They should be up past midnight which is obviously the next day, so i will talk about that tomorrow.

Looks like i got a really lucky conversion yesterday. haha ,im now re-considering moving networks. I just want to try something new and see if this will be a better option for me.

I think the regular work and research that you are putting in will work well for you.

It would be interesting to see how other networks work with this traffic but I guess you would have to give it some time to reach a conclusion.

At least you are technically making money, soon enough my friend. Now I gotta get back to work

Not done a lot today. Been quite busy.
Although, here is what i have done.

2. Had a look at other Content Locking Networks and have put together some ideas.

Just need to try and get this $10 so i can cash out and start afresh with a new network. Ill give it a couple more days until i reach $10, if i do not then ill just scrap it.
