Noob needs a little help.

First off, I enjoy reading this forum and am trying some of the ideas. The help I'm looking a list of a few places, forums, blogs that are good to post in with links to pics. Now I don't expect anyone to give up all their secrets, but a few good leads would be nice. Thanks in advance to anyone that helps.
