In the case I wouldn't want to pay to get my junk traffic,
is there another solution?

I mean, I tried putting my link on four chan but got banned. Know any other website where I wouldn't get banned for putting my link?

Use xrumer and spam porn links. That will get you a bunch of junk traffic.

The simplest solution is just to buy it.

Use Auto Traffic Exchanges. You get credit for every site that you visit and you can use those credits for getting traffic to your sites. You can leave your browser window open after logging into the traffic exchange and you'll automatically get credits so it doesn't involve any work as such.
