This is one of the seemingly best methods I've seen in awhile from anybody for beginners.

I'm still kind of a noob, but I've been studying and learning for the past year and now I DO have a clue what I'm doing!!

I have made a little $$ with a microniche site with cb and mfa (adsense site).
Nothing to brag about or quit my 10-9 job but.. it just proves to me that it is possible to make money in IM!!

I really appreciate your share and have things popping all in my mind.

My two cents for noobs is if you have no clue what you are doing, don't quit when you don't see any results. Maybe it's just the wrong niche, or you just have no clue how things work. (I was there 2 years ago, got frustrated and then said f*** it cuz I did'nt make anything. Six months later I got an unexpected check in the mail from cb for two sales equalling $66.

That proved to me, even tho it took six months, my efforts made some money. Now I have an mfa site and another check this month from that site I made a year ago.

I'm hitting it hard now, but exhausted!! My JOB is 50 hours a week but no matter what, when I get home I jump on the laptop and get some IM done.

Sorry for a long noob post but my point is for them!!
This is not get rich quick tomorrow cuz I'm broke!
IM does take work, study,research, try, study,research, try.
Biggest thing is (as has been said over sand over) take action!!

Don't get frustrated! I got frustrated 2 years ago and gave up until a year ago when I got that check!! Now I will not give up for anything..

I didnt honestly tracked but close to 40 i think.. with time i think my comments / posts quality will improve and so will my approval rate and efficiency thereby increasing by conversions

To all - its a little time consuming (at first) but well worth the efforts and you get to know your market / future prospects and their psychology which helps you improve your reviews and articles which will further improve your sales. It can never be saturated i think because people discuss all the time and its like a never ending thing. goes on and goes. thats the beauty of it. new products keep getting launched and people want to hear first hand experience and reviews from real people.. its all about trust factor i guess.

You went for one of the many wordpress themes, or u did more like a personal blog?

I am thinking what is better, probably depends also from the niche.

I n the meant time I am setting up the alerts to see where I get more daily alerts.

It was an AB (autoblog) not a personal blog. I am now thinking of adding unique reviews to my ABs and driving traffic and building BLs to them. Tat way it will be a Micro Niche Site (MNS) cum Autoblog (AB)

so i can make money with CPA on unique money pages and some additional $$ from my autoblog posts..

what do you thinl of this idea ?? any suggestions ? An MNS cum AB might work.

Anyway I'd go for CPA or Amazon than Clickbank because if we don't make sales in couple weeks the commision will decrease. Other than that, I've ever tried to withdraw $$$$ from Clickbank before and it took me 3 months to receive it as I live in the Eastern Europe. That was just too long to wait.

You really should buy a domain. Your success rate will drastically decrease without your own domain.

You could try it with a blogger if you really don't have any money, just make sure you buy a domain as soon as you get a conversion.

I may have missed something but don't this mean we would have to sign up for a shitload of forums everyday? That would really suck. I'll be reading all of this again tomorrow, thanks for the post.

Yep, as with most things that actually work, it will require some time and effort.

It's really not hard, though, and your hourly return should be way above a regular $20k/year 9-5 job.

Yes I think is still a good idea, I think the core of this method is to pass the review of moderators and blog owners, and of course convert the product, u want to promote, with out be dependent from Google.

And backlinks will come by themself, from u posting in blogs and forums.

Hey, you will notice i posted on this thread about 10-11 days about that i had bought a domain/hosting etc.

I lacked interest for a while and then really got going into it, in the last 6-7 days i have done about 400-500$.

I have not found galerts that good for me having to sift through a ton of wortless stuff before posting. I come from a background where accounts/proxies and things like that are 2nd nature and easily obtainable. My success is from my own yahoo questions answered by myself........................... dirty? sure............... but works.

This sounds like one of the best methods I have seen on here. You seem like a genuine guy and dont bother with all of the BS like some of the other posts on here I see. You could speed up the process by using roboform.

I just got my adsense account and clickbank registered. I created a domain and installed a wordpress template with a few posts. There are no ads running yet but I will be applying this method to this site. I just haven't found a good clickbank product yet. I think the domain name is credible and maybe I can review products alongside clickbank products.

If your landing page is good enough, and you are posting to targeted niches, anything will sell, cb included.

I am having a problem, I have made my review site (Review Engine WP Theme) I am commenting on blogs etc, traffic is insane... I am sending them to the Product I am reviewing and putting a CPA offer in the 'View Website' ..the problem is no-one (well 2-3) only clicked on it while the other (100's) didn't...

What I am asking is, where can I put my CPA offer so that they see it without it being too obvious to the Forum/Blog mods...

Great method! Just finished my review site tonight and started commenting like crazy. Here are a couple of the key tips.

- I would recommend starting the review site with only 1 or 2 GOOD CB products. Obviously the Niche is always key to how much you are going to make regardless how you promote it. By only starting with 1 product you don't overwhelm yourself when it comes to commenting and promoting.

- I started with 1 product and concentrated writing the actual review page. This should be were you spend the MOST time. The better the page is designed the higher conversion rate you will achieve (which is key when it comes to promoting) it's a numbers game.

- I used OP's method for getting instant alerts that target my niche but I also searched google blogs for my niche. When it comes to commenting take your time and write a meaningful response! Don't just post some random comment and copy and paste to 100 blogs. It won't do anything but give you BL juice (if you actually formatted the comment right) Actual readers won't show much, if any interest. (which is kind of the whole point of this type of direct traffic method) ...

- FIND NICHE RELATED FORUMS. Yeah, you have to register an account and post meaningful material but you can't get more targeted then forum discussions. Plus forums typically index best so you can generate instant AND long term traffic. Put a keyword matched hyperlink in your signature. Then you don't have to spam the boards with your links. you can actually participate in the boards AND generate traffic!

- Use yahoo answers to your advantage. Usually if you search around you'll find that people are asking for an answer (what do ya know?!?) and you might just have the exact answer they want. If you answer the question post your site in the source box not in the actual post. Also don't post your site in every single answer, yahoo's getting smart believe it or not...you'll be banned

If you can't find any niche related questions why not make this an opportunity to create some yourself? Signup for another yahoo account and ask a question that you can answer perfect and detailed. Once you ASK the question, go ahead and get on your other account and ANSWER it using your site in the source box. Even if it don't drive instant traffic it will get indexed later on and drive traffic long term.

TIP: If there are no votes on the answers after X amount of time. It goes into voting. If you keep track of your accounts you can simply go back to that question later on and vote your answer the best answer.

- Use social networking sites to your advantage. Facebook has more potential customers then your local city! search for facebook groups/pages that might be interested in your product. Post on FB page's forums/discussion boards answering questions or asking/answering questions with 2 different accounts. Again...your thread may not be viewed instantly but it will drive long term traffic to your site.

These are just a few of the things that I executed tonight. Again I only focused on 1 product for now. Once i get steady traffic coming for that product I will find another niche related product and start all over with that.

So far my site has been up for exactly 3 hours and 55 minutes and I have already received 123 unique views. And here is the amazing part. The traffic is coming from over 18 sources...blogs/forums/FB posts and a few others.

The key really is to put yourself in the potential buyers shoes when you are commenting on boards, blogs and whatnot. If you give a worthy response they will give you a worthy lead

Also don't just be lazy and shoot for short term traffic. Look long term. Use Hyperlinks for the products keywords. At least to some basic onsite SEO and make your site presentable. Take the time and write your reviews. Sure you can rip some of your content from other sites but create unique content, get personal with it. Use pictures, videos and other visual tools. The human body is more likely to react to visual examples rather then text...text ....text...it gets boring...

Use your imagination.

Because you are creating your own traffic, this method is not adsense dependent, so we're not looking for reach the 1 page google search.

By posting valuable comments in forums/yahoo answers/etc you will get the traffic you need to convert visits into sales.

The answers to all your questions are not outhere, are right here in this thread, take the time to read it entirely. Just a suggestion

Do you have a computer that you stand at? jk bud - I am right there with you though. I am an elementary teacher and after dealing with 8 year olds for 7 hours and 40 minutes each day, and then fellow staff members that can act like 8 year olds, when I get home I want to go into brain-dead mode for a while lol.

This is completely dependent on how much work you put in and what niche you are in. Also, this isn't a theory - a theory is something that hasn't been proven, this has been proven to work, Meathead isn't going to feed us BS. How much money people have made so far by doing this since the thread has went live - some $30, some $40.

Think about the reviews that talk about their traffic - one kid saying his traffic was at 123 uniques in just under 4 hours. When is the last time you had a site built, SEO'd, backlinks built and had 123 visitors already.

The money is in the traffic, but most of all it is in the sales copy... no one buying anything is going to buy from a site that doesn't look reputable.

Sweeeeeet! I love this site Started this method yesterday morning with a brand new Wordpress self hosted review site. Made about 30 posts yesterday and around the same again today. So far I have had 19 hops and 3 sales totaling $111.18

The things I love about this method:
1. It can never get saturated
2. It's hyper targeted
3. It's so quick to see results
4. Not only do you get in there early on the comments to maximise highly targeted clicks... you also have a brilliant clean accumulative backlinking strategy which takes the speculation out - and let's face it, it takes out the pain in the arse that SEO can be so often!

My favourite method I've tried in IM so far. Hats off to Meathead and best of luck to the rest of you!

If you're having troubles finding a niche, this could help you:
Think reverse! Don't pick a niche of which you think a lot of people ask questions in forums or yahoo answers. Go to yahoo answers and niche forums first before you setup your review blog and look what kind of questions people ask. Make sure to find a niche, in which people ask a decent amount of questions per day. In this way you avoid a lack of postings/questions to which you can spam your lovely link

why would adsense be a bad idea?

what about making a whitehat site which will also be in the serps but you will aim for very competitive stuff like "car insurance" which pay lot just for a click! while you can't really rank for this keyword you could use your method to build traffic!
if you get 2$ for one click and know how to set up a theme with a good CTR it sounds like a great idea!

what is your concern?

Well, I guess you could, but I don't trust Adsense and I'd rather have people actually buying products than just sending them to a generic MFA site.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't take the list for granted. Take it and go to some sub niches or branch off to related stuff. But with this method, you could probably avoid that with the way Meathead mentioned you could laser target stuff for direct traffic.

Thanks for input. + We can use Twitter friends (niche-specific) and FREE advertising vouchers on Google Adwords. Those two could bring extra conversions
