For sure you can make good money with that.
Let's get a good plan :
- Identify what the people are looking for (sex, meeting...)
- Write them a mail presenting yourself as the person they would like to be (yeah I know, that's blackhat)
- Wait for an answer
- Discuss a bit more like 3-4 mails
- Send them a CPA offer.
If you work well and that your list is valuable, then you'll get good money with that.

Yeah that's gonna be tough. Problem is, sounds like the leads aren't that targeted. Remember, these are real people on the other side of this list. You need to understand what they really want and give it to them. Not all lists are created equal, by any means. A list of customers or people who have requested information specifically is worth countless times more than random people off craigslist in the dating section.
