Just tried this, after posting the gig link on Facebook the number of likes didnt go up. Also tried creating a second Fiverr account and posting to Facebook while logged into the alt account, still no dice.

What am I missing?

It's not working for fiverr anymore, you can do it on other pages. For example you can do this to increase likes on some article on your blog/website.

So is there any other way to get your gig better ranked on fiverr?

1. On your fiverr gig, right click the FB like button and click copy link location
2. Paste the link on your facebook wall
3. Enjoy

That can multiply number of the clicks! But I know my friends on FB and no one will click on it.
