Here's my strategy to get Sign-ups
1. Myspace - Build a profile dedicated to GDI. You should have some information maybe a faq section for the millions of potential people on Myspace. Set yourself up with a program for adding friends (ex. Friend Blaster) You can do it manually, but that will take quite some time. Be sure to target people with thousands of friends. There are tons of wanna-be entrepreneurs on Myspace, so its not hard to pick up fresh meat.
2. Craigslist/Backpage - Throw a few ads out there telling people that they can have a website with hosting and a domain name for $10 a month and people will definitely respond. You can fill them in later on about how they can make money with GDI. People hear "make money if you sign up" and instantly think its some kind of scam. Just target people who want to build a website. How you set up the ad and how eye catching it is depends on you. I recommend making your ad in an image format to keep CL from taking down your post for blacklisted words.
3. YouTube - Definitely worth looking into. GDI has plenty of videos you can rip from the site and put on YT. Just make sure its not a long video or else it wont get accepted. It doesn't even have to be a GDI video... get a program that allows you to watermark your vids. Once you do that go watermark all of your uploaded videos with your GDI url. When people see your video.. they know where to go.
4. Traffic Exchange - Be sure to pick a good one. Theres a lot of shady TE's out there. Google is your friend to find one.
5. Blog about it! - With Seo and Wordpress you can get your blog on the first page of Googles search result. Just make sure your content is unique and not the same as some other affiliate whos looking to get referrals as well. Building a better mousetrap to attract referrals is key!
