I just ordered a gig on Fiverr by accident. I wasn't aware that funds will be deducted automatically after clicking on the Order button.

I know you can cancel an order if you're the seller but is there any way to cancel the order from a buyers perspective?

I haven't provided the seller with the required info needed so will I get my funds credited back if I just wait it out?

You can request the seller for a mutual cancel....most sellers are cool about those sort of things. Just say you misunderstood the gig

Do you know what happens if the seller doesn't do that? Where do the funds go afterwards?

You can e-mail fiverr and tell them of the mistake. You might not get the cash back, but at least they'll most likely give you $5 in credit to use for another fiverr gig

in your order page there is a "got problems" tab. Click it and try to cancel it from there. You have to put a reason in the dialog box. Be very friendly there! Say something like, OMG I'm really new to this fiverr thing and I didn't mean to place any order. Can you please cancel it?
Usually the seller will accept because the do not want bad reviews!!
If he refuses, which is not very likely, mention the bad reviews... and they will cancel it right away

Yea, If the seller does not make it seen like he/she completed your order by the time his requirement to complete the task runs out then you can just get your money back. On the other hand, if his requirement time is a long time just contact fiverr and let them no what happen and they will refund it for you.

Many sellers on Fiverr are serious and have understanding for mistakes of this type. Just PM the seller and tell him your situation. I'm sure he will be glad refunding you.
