I have a company that is an established business but now needs to get ranked in top 5 of Google, the site is currently page 3 for the main 2 keywords. It has good regular on page content linked with opress releases and a good start with backlinking, there is also an employee working on this site on a daily basis.

Th keyword is highly competitive but very achievable for someone who knows how to rank.

What I am offering is 15% of every sale for every month the site is ranked in the top 5 of Google, the amount of sales this site can provide and the starting position this site has already make this JV very lucrative.

Because of the amount of the interest I expect this might get I need people who apply to have the following to offer:

Examples of results achieved and details of expected timelines to get these results.

I don't want to be bombarded by people who genuinely can't do this so please only genuine proposals.

I am not out to scam anyone here and will be willing to get contracts written, I am here to make money and am offering a percentage as a genuine investment to someone, I would rather work with someone in this way than simply pay an seo company to get these results, I know SEO but simply haven't the time to do this at the moment.

So basically what you're saying is you want to hire someone to work on your site with a guarantee.. If he doesn't get it to top 5 he makes no money.. ouch..

Thats the initial outlay but obviously discussions can continue if anybody does not agree to such terms, for this niche to really make what its capable of it needs top 5, the returns on this can be very substantial and probably pay more than the seo would make from selling services. Had a few good offers but if anyone else is interested please let me know, going to close this post on tuesday.
