Ready to write or give 1 article for one backlinks to your health sites?

I do not know if this kind of post is ok with bhw rules but i saw some of this kind which are still alive.

If anyone has a health website/blog i would create 1 article for one link. or i would find a keyword with 2000+ exact searches and a CPC of 1$-5$

How many words? Unique? Do I choose keywords? Any health related niches? I probably have about 30
Any samples I could see?

500-600 Word articles health related. Yes i've just pm-ed with a sample.
