buy adwords voucher, promote site with adsense and earn some cash ?

Ok, i never used adwords, so i am not sure how can i get those cheap vouchers. But i think you need virtual credit card to register new adwords acc so you can use vouchers.
So vcc + cost of voucher = no more then around $15
And you get around at least $50 to promte.
So if i promote my site with adsense (and of course some unique content) could i earn around $40 (minus $15 for voucher) ?

I am guessing that only thing that can stop me from doing this is google policy that don't accept multiply adwords account ?

Of course i don't think about adwords arbitrage, that can be done, but require some experience.

Tell me where can i fail doing this ?

I've got tons of $50 vouchers in e-mail from Google because of my Google Webmaster Tools registrations. However you can only activate your coupon codes by submitting your payment and billing details. As for my country, I can only choose bank card payment, and I have to give them the number of the card to activate the account. And you can use only one coupon per account.

Adsense will not show ads on websites that are advertising with adwords.

People are earning some serious cash with adwords arbitrage, but i can't even show adsens O_o

So is there different rules of adwords for different coutries, coz i don't live in US.
Why can't i just create vcc and use a voicher to promote my site ?

Pretty much the essence of arbitration. Build Adsense sites, promote with Adwords, cash in on clicks. You pay $0.10 per click, and those clicks make you $1+. Great system... too bad it doesn't really work anymore.

Haven't found the effort to be worth it.
You'd have to open a new account every day.

BTW BS on that ... adsense WILL show on sites advertised with adwords.

The point is that i don't want to do arbitrage, it is possible to do it, but it is very hard people who know how to do it are too rich to make ebooks of it and stuff.

Anyway i just want to spend around $10 for around $50 adwords.. and get some conversation to earn some money, less then $50 more then $10.
I can't believe no one is doing this, there must be some catch :/
