I want to ask a question. Can we use proxy to submit article to AC for changing IP address?

some one can help me ?

You could always try it and find out. I haven't but it doesn't mean you can't.

it's not needed, AC doest not check your IP

Hey there's already a thread dedicated to AC queries. I'm sure the whole subject of whether or not proxy is needed was discussed too, just read through the thread it answers any question you have to ask.
