I titled it this way as I consider ExtraWinner's topic the first one, and I will try something similar as well.

Will try to update everything that I do but don't ask for niches, keywords or website URL. Other than that you can ask me any questions and I will try to answer them from my own findings.

I can't consider myself good at this or anything like that because I haven't done it before, but I have some knowledge and hopefully everything will work well. Besides, here is plenty of information, why it shouldn't work ?!

What I did so far:
Buyed 18 domains, EMD all of them, all keywords have between 800(lowest)-5400(highest) searches per month local, but most have over 1500. For CPC I searched anything above 1.00$.

Here is a quick snapshot of my organized google doc (you HAVE to be organized):


Currently the websites have a nice theme with banner, no adsense yet, and all have on the index page a short welcome introduction post. No article yet, because I want google to index the websites naturally without me doing anything. At the moment, all my domains have been indexed along with the other pages (About, privacy policy, contact).

I will be adding content as soon as I can, and then continue from there by adding adsense when I get a little bit of traffic.

I want to reach 50$/day ASAP but without any shady techniques, and keep everything whitehat and provide value to user and great relevance for google.

Positivcriss: No, those are not autoblogs. All the content is unique, relevant and informative. I am trying to not concentrate that much on kw density and stuff like that but provide more value to the user. However I will still stick with around 2% kw density.

UPDATE 1:
I just got my first article, currently my only writer is my girlfriend because I am too busy with other projects to have the time to write articles myself. Soon will try someone else as I can't put my girlfriend like a grunt all day long, probably will try Newkid from here.

The article is almost 500 words long, bolded the keyword once in first paragraph, and underlined it somewhere in the middle.
After the article I added a picture with Alt tags with the keyword a link back to my homepage.

When doing multiple sites like this the best way to keep motivated is to start with lowest SEOC and work upwards as you will immediately see results in ranking with proper seo.

If i see your list and presume it are all 'exact' search volumes then you have a nice list to make some money from just keep in mind that returns of some of the low value in adw competition can fluctuate a lot.

example i see one at 0,12 although the cpc is quite high at 1,38 it means that the their is not much competition for the kw, if 2-3 advertisers stop or reach their 'daily budget' it easy can drop below 0,50 .

Good luck and you have a few small gems in there, tread them with care.

easydab: thanks for the tips and suggestions. Yes, all the kw's are exact match, and I checked them in Spyfu to see if there are any advertisers. Even if they stop the related keywords should have some advertisers so I think the ads will be relevant...

Also are you worried at all about a deindex? And how many articles per site are you planning to have? I'm planning on doing about 4 articles per site.

Update:

As I said, I have added the 500 words article on my website on one of the websites and waited to see how google will pick it up. It's been 1 day and google picked it up naturally and indexed it. That's quite cool I must say.
Now I will add one by one an article to all the other sites as soon as I get them and let google find them naturally. Until then no backlinking strategy will be built.

Things I forgot to mention:
The 1st article is 500 words long, and it will sit on the website as the first article. My wordpress blog will have 5 (I think this is a good number) posts displaying on first page.
So I want the first article to be a long, relevant and with a good keyword density. Bolded the keyword once in the first paragraph and underlined it one more time somewhere close to the end.
Also, at the end of the article I have added a picture with good alt tags which links back to my homepage.
The "About" and "Privacy Policy" pages, both link back to homepage.

I use Socrates theme which I changed a couple of thing to suit my needs, and Heatmap. From my point of view, you can use any theme, just tailor it to suit your niche. Make a nice banner, put good colors and so on. Use whatever makes a better CTR, and remember to test with different ad colors, placements and so on.

Why would I be worried? I will provide value and please google, why it should deindex me ? If it happens, it happens. Until then, work
2b:
As much as possible, will never stop. If this works out I will hire a lot of article writers and constantly put content on websites. I want to provide value and not make a static website with 5 pages. I want to HELP the people looking for whatever they are looking with tips, tricks, how-to's, and so on, so the more, the better.

Well I have done the on-page SEO so far, still gotta add a couple of plugins which i'm not sure with what to go exactly... will have to see what I really want so far added google xml sitemaps. For off-page SEO I will do backlinks on high PR related-niche websites, a couple web 2.0's pointing to my money site and articles and evolve those. Will use scrapebox. I will talk more about this when time comes.

If you're looking for wordpress plugins, here are some more you should consider:

- ClickBump SEO (paid)
- SEO search terms tagging 2 (free - good for later when you get searches)
- All in One SEO (free)
- SEOlution (free - I like this one to look at real time stats, easier than checking cpanel and awstats)
- WP DB Backup (free, gotta back up all those content just in case anything happens to server)
- Google XML sitemap (free - you got this so that's good)

I think those are all the plugins I use for now.

cocaco & virtualc08: I didn't have any clue about KW research until now, and I still don't consider myself good at it. I just go along with my judgement.

I will try to explain here quickly how I do it (wanted to do a video but it takes quite some time... maybe tomorrow):

1. I open google keyword tool

2. I look around myself and note down a few words I see and brainstorm from those.
For example I have this nice katana sword laying on my desk.
So let's use "katana".

3. I add this in google keyword tool, make sure language and location is United States, English, then at advanced options I choose: Local monthly searches > 1500, Avg CPC > 1.00$


4. Based on the word "katana" and with the above settings, google spitted out those keywords:


5. Then I take all those kws into GoDaddy bulk domain registration and see if anything is available (.com, .net, .org ONLY). From this list, the EMD "SamuraiSwordsforSale.org" is available.


I re-check the keyword: it has 1900 exact searches Local, and CPC 1.03$ (of course those numbers may differ with your numbers, google never spits out the same stuff lol). Here I use my judgement, what could I add on a website like this ? Is this the type of website I could monetize with adsense ? Maybe integrate amazon or Ebay ? The answer is YES, however I gotta make sure there is some competition on it...

6. I go to spyfu and enter the keyword, "Samurai swords for sale" and it shows me this:

Which is very good ! Because it means there are 6 advertisers bidding for this keyword, so there is money to be made. Also VERY IMPORTANT: is the coloured tab "TOP PPC Domains for ...". What I look here for is domains that are competing in this MOMENT, as you can see the February tab is colored, so people advertise on this keyword every month which is a good thing.

7. Then I have a quick look in google competition:
samurai swords for sale: About 193,000 results (0.15 seconds)
SEOC: "samurai swords for sale" : About 137,000 results (0.18 seconds)
SEOTC: allintitle:"samurai swords for sale": About 36,500 results (0.25 seconds)

8. I then have a quick glance over the domains ranking on top 10. I don't like to use plugins and stuff even though it's useful. All of them seem to sell swords and nothing like I do, meaning I don't see MNS. So frankly I don't care if those are HIGH PR or how many backlinks it has. I just want to provide value long term by providing information, and THAT is what it's gonna rank me. In about 4-5 months from my judgement (not tested yet) I should be on first page and get some nice traffic. So I think to myself of what articles could go there to provide value, information and basically help others. So the following titles come to my head:
"How to pick the best samurai swords for sale" or "10 tips when purchasing samurai swords for sale". (Examples)
I would dig more info of some affiliates or just use amazon, and make a nice theme and so on.

9. Now the next thing is, I don't want a static website with 4 pages, 1 article, contact, privacy policy, about me, and sitemap. As I said, I strongly want to provide value, and this will be done in time. So what other keywords could I "attack" to gain more traffic ? So I look to see if there are related keywords:

Searches related to samurai swords for sale:
authentic samurai swords sale
antique samurai swords for sale
ww2 samurai swords for sale
samurai swords shop
samurai armor sale
***** swords sale

Those are good to target for articles even for the main website or other web2.0s and so on.

And that's pretty much the whole strategy that I use. I don't know if it's good or bad, IMO it's decent, it just takes some time and I don't rely on tools because I like to do investigation like Sherlock Holmes and make sure I hit some gems, and not let MS or MNF spit out some random words there.

By the way: this keyword is quite good lol. You guys can buy the domain, just let me know if you need any help.

TIME FOR UPDATE:

As you noticed, Friday I added the first article on one of my websites and today I was checking stats, and it already got picked up by google, and people found it lol !
It got ranked number #5 for a related keyword (as I showed you in my "keyword research guide") and it's starting to deliver traffic !!! I am very happy with this result, I think I will add tomorrow adsense on the site already.

SO AS I SAID:

When you do your articles don't just stuff your main keyword there all the time, just make a natural informative article and cover more keyword variations. This is gonna be so awesome in 3-4 months when I will have more articles !

I'm doing the same thing but I try to work on few sites only, well even if my goal is to build at maximum 20 sites from now to 3-4 month with 20+ pages on them.

How much content will you put on your sites? Because 18 sites it's not really easy to manage and put relevant content on them....but you did good by putting relevant content and writing for people I'm sure you'll reach those 50$....

Nice project i was with 13 sites gaining 60$ a day when i got deindexed.

Micro niche sites is always risky even using only white hat,this model was abused and google has little tolerance with them on manual reviews...

Even with unique content and a lot of content,but for me the most value of doing this is learn to do seo even if you got deindexed you will have knowledge to do autorithy sites...

Doing everything Whitehat must be a bit of challenge when you know you can do everything faster Blackhat, but I suppose knowing that your site has a better chance of withstanding the test of time as well as any future algo updates makes it an even trade.

Isn't posting some of that info, such as your page ctr against adsense TOS?

Very interesting thread, yes I was thinking the same thing about sharing CTR and Google TOC.

I got my blog deindexed by google a week ago and it was on 1st page of Google and climbing up really quick. The reason was I bought Scrape-box and blasted some links. But I read somewhere that if you keep blasting backlinks on regular basis and keep posting an article or so every week. It will show up in searches again.

Just curious as to why you worry about the local searches being high. Does adsense pay less for clicks outside of the USA, EU?
