i'd say a copy of your national id/passport, proof of address

you need a copy of your id / passport and copy of an utility bill. another way is to tell them your bank account data plus tel.no. (they will send you a small amount of money to your bank acc and you need to verify this. then a neteller staff will contact you by phone and ask you a couple of questions regarding your account)
