Default Findology Traffic and Double Meta Refresh Problem

Hi,

This is my first post at BHW and I would like to discuss the use of double meta refresh with findology traffic in order to boost traffic hits on cpa networks.

I am finding that if I send findology hits direct to a cpa offer link the same amount of views reported in findology will also be the same amount of clicks reported in the cpa network stats i.e. -findology views - 100 , cpa stats/ clicks - 100

However when using the double meta refresh I am seeing that when there are 100 views in findology, only around 1/2 this amount will be reported as clicks in the cpa stats.

This problem is getting quite expensive now, as 1/2 of the traffic is going to waste and I am having to purchase twice as much to get the desired effect.

I would just like to know if anyone else has encountered this or has a solution?

Thank you

Welcome to cheap traffic. Anyway, click on the campaign name in CPView>Manage Campaign>Geo Targeting, and choose to target a specific continent or country for your traffic to go to. It isn't a complete reassurance that your hits will be side by side with your networks statistics but it can improve it somewhat.

Check Findology, Traffic Emporium and BuyHitsCheap review for more information.

Thanks for your answer but I already have have geo targeting set to us traffic on, the problem lies with the double meta refresh, I have tested without as stated above and I get double the amount of traffic showing in the cpa stats,

Is it just a simple double meta refresh or is it the one that kicks the user if the referer is not cleaned ?

If its the latter.. then the reason you are seeing the results is because the double meta is doing its job and kicking the users that the referer is not being cleaned on..

Some browsers' security settings do not allow meta-refresh redirects.. Test your 'code' with browsershots.org

findology is not whitehat. You can get banned using it.

Findology is toolbar/adware traffic, so, a lot of networks don't want it.

Also, a lot of their traffic is pop-up traffic, where blockers will prevent it from fully opening, but of course findology counts it.

I don't think findology is toolbar/adware traffic. I think it is bot traffic.
