Default Hello all. New here, got a question.

Hey, new to this forum, been lurking forever and I think it's time for me to post. I am considering getting into domain flipping/selling, but I am confused on where to start. I just have a few questions:

1. Is it wise for newbies to eBay (such as myself) to start selling domains? I'm thinking you should get your feedback rating up, but I hope this isn't that big of a deal.

2. If not eBay, where are some spots newbies to the business can get their start with domain flipping?

3. Is it wise to start with expired domains or with new ones?

This is all I have now, I'm sure I'll have more (can't think of any more now). Please reply. Thanks in advance.

I would sell a few personal belongings or something you can make a few good feedback first.

site*point.com is a good place to sell domains, you can make some cash there, I've sold many sites on there from $150-$4k (I prefer this to ebay actually, but just my taste).

If you can get an expired one (freshdr*p.net and set Fake PR to NO then relist them) that suit your needs (name wise) that's best. Make sure they are in google and good to go.

Just take something from your wife, gf, sister or brother and sell it instead of something of your own lol.

If you want to build your feedback just start buying cheap stuff from ebay and then resell it on craigslist so you break even. It doesn't have to be seller feedback, buyer feedback is fine. As long as you don't have anything negative people will buy from you even if it's your first time.

Domain flipping is a tough and saturated biz especially that all the good domain names have been registered already by other people. If you can think of a new controversial topic (cloning), hot celeb (me, just kidding), public figure (obama), innovative invention (iphone) then this is the time to register it before others could.
