I can't make ePassporte account because it's limited on my country so how can I get account , is there any blackhat way to get one so I can receive cash in it and then later I use some online exchange service and move funds to another processor like LibertyReserve
Just a word of caution ... 3-4 years ago I used ePassPorte for an online gambling site. They ran an unauthorized charge for the account and would not credit me. I got my bank involved (credit card) and they went for the charge back. EP would not give the money back and were real assholes.
Fortunately, my bank gave me the money back although they were out the money. I will never use those crooks again. All they want is money.
You can get a gift account many affiliate programs do this including pussycash if you make enough money etc...

Use any other country ,when you receive money your account will become a gift account automatically ,but you can't send money to other epassporte account unless you added a us bank account or non debit credit card etc... ,but again you can spend that money using the virtual credit card provided by epassporte .
As others have said, your best bet is to make an account under your name but put a different country in the application. Then simply use ePassporte exchangers to cashout your money or spend it using the virtual visa they give you.
I read somewhere that if someone paid 5$ to your gift epassporte account you will get your account active without adding a bank account ?? is it true ?
Well, I just made a bogus account using a USA address in one state, a phone number in another state and with a Canada country so I don't think they are too hip on the details. Not that you should lie or defraud them in any way.. but for test sake thats what worked.
I think the whole thing relies on your validating a "Load mechanism" via a bank or a credit card. When I mad emy real account i used my prepaid visa card from ace. So, it shouldn't be too hard to get an account. and BTW. WHAT country are you in? The list available was gihugic!
