This might be a little too much work for some of you and you'll have to figure out the details for yourself. You do need your own apt. or house unless roommates are cool or in on it. Here's the short story though, take the method where you can:

I have several clothing lines and regularly seek out models on cl and the local college. I do the shoots at my house and the models usually hang out afterwards for the hot tub and bar and got to talking about their need for extra money for school and such. I know a cam site (owner prefers I don't share but you can find plenty of of them) which isn't nude but more of a tease where I hired models from before (yes there is an audience and niche for that). I suggested that the girls could do some cam shows for extra cash. I was kinda surprised that for many of them it was really too technical or they didn't have the privacy with their living arrangements to do it.

Well, the light bulb came on and I offered to help them (out of the goodness of my heart of course). I set up accounts for them at the cam site and provide a place for them to work. I have two spare bedrooms so I set up some computers with cams in them. When they want to work they give me a call and when they get there either me or my gf login for them and get them live and leave them to do what they do. You set the rate the girls charge and they get 80% with referral. Normally, they get $3-7 a minute for private chat. It uses ccbill so I set up the accounts, get the money direct and split it with them 50/50. My gf promotes them thru the usual ewhore methods so the girls don't have a lot of additional work to do outside of the shows and private chat.

I started August with two girls who have brought in 2 others since then. During the month we logged 7406 minutes of which 1121 minutes were private chat for a pay out of $5043.75 which I split with the girls. It's not a bucket load of cash but paid a good part of the monthly mortgage and I plan to rollout further with additional sites running at the same time and have a couple more girls wanting to do this so I expect more in the future.

A couple of key ingredients in the equation are:

* A clean, nice and private place for the girls to work
* A female to help you out to make the girls not think you are a perv
* Extra computers, cams and a home network with broadband
* A non-nude cam provider (there are many out there)
* Girls, which are not to hard to come by when they don't have to get naked although I get a lot of "professionals" that want to do modeling work so I could go XXX if i wanted but I think the tease niche probably pays more

This may have worked for you. But, there is a very popular cam site featuring non nude girls and the owner has never had a problem setting the girls up to chat. And trust me when I say he banks off it. Many of you may know the site I am referring to it's a pretty big one and hell only like 2 years old. The guy seriously banks off it. He has tons of members he finally got some hot chicks so that helps lol he pays them per chat as well as for extra content. Makes well over 5grand a month easily. There is money to be made when targeting perverted men lol.

profits, I like your method of recruiting girls to work for you and also agree that it will make it 10x better to have a girl helping them so it doesn't look like your trying to get them in your house.. haha but I'm sure it could be done without one

What you could also do to make more money is sign up for a nude site affiliate offer and have the girls send the guys in the cam shows/chat to your link saying if they want to see the girls nude to sign up for that site and you got some extra bones in your pocket because you already know they pay for non-nude so why wouldn't they pay for nude as well

That's a good idea but I don't think it would be worth it in my scenario, it's against most TOS and I can get sign-ups at those sites way easier from a web site. Unless the girl is on the nude site also and the guy can actually see her there he will be pissed and most are returning clients so no need to cut off that money and get complaints. Also, the girls working with me are college girls who are models not stripper/escort types. The non nude thing is something they are comfortable with since they normally model and do the car shows. I wouldn't think they would at all want to be involved in anything adult. What they have been most concerned with was not getting naked on the web and not ripping others off.

Of course, there are a lot of different ways to do this and this is just what has worked for me. You could do the same thing with nude sites but I don't need my home smelling like a strip club. You could also have girls teasing at a free cam site pushing signups at an affiliate site but I think that would seem sleazy to the girls I'm working with.

Na. I was just saying to have the girls tell the people in the chat that they are on some nude site and have them send the guy to the affiliate offer site. You'd be amazed at how many guys pretending to be girls on these forums e-whore through chat without even having to fake the cam to have other guys sign up waiting to see who they were chatting with to find out that person doesn't really exist. But since you said most of the people paying are repeating customers then it wouldn't be good to lie to them and loose that person.

Just wondering, I haven't ever been to any non nude cam site that pays but do the guys talk all dirty and say weird shit to the girls while chatting in the private/public cam shows? So is that something you tell them to expect before you showing them how to do all that shit?

I have worked for porn producers and agencies as a driver, PA,camera boy and bondage rigger and can tell you the girls don't give a shit if you have a chick to help you out or not... They realize, especially the hot ones, that every guy is perving on them with or without other females in the recruitment process.
