PayPal keeps banning my accounts i can't get a single account verified for my personal use. I pay a lot using paypal (don't do scam), what is the best solution for me ? Can i buy verified paypal account and use it as my own ? How do i add money to that account ?

Well, if your first accounts were legitamite and you do not scam then why not call them and get it sorted out?

I mean, what are they going to say, "You're perfectly legitamite, we're still going to keep banning your accounts!" I don't think so.

I remember I kept getting banned by Google AdWords until I called them up and asked why and they walked me through, and got me a full working account.

If you're IP banned by now, it wont HURT you anymore to call.

You have done something to get banned, and you keep doing things in the same pattern so its easy to catch you!

is your account banned or frozen?
try resolving the case or appealing if it's frozen.
if it's banned you really should call them,
or use your friend / family member to register (assuming you don't have complete documents / legals)

The problem is i have super old account with my company CC, which i can't verify cos my account is "private" and not a company account.

I created an account with a fake name, but used my real address and real phone number after having a couple of accounts frozen. I was even able to get a paypal debit card with this account, no SS# or anything like that. It seemed that my name was one of the biggest variables...

it might be all----- you should be very careful while using paypal.

1. keep a check on your IP (not a single ip with 2 or more addresses)
2. delete cookies , cache and use an firefox add on "better privacy" to remove LSO's
3. do not use same card again and again with different paypal addresses infact use vcc (you can buy from this forum or can contact me)
4. do not use same address every time with different paypal accounts
5. Or else you can buy an verified paypal account but then the address will be of some other country. however when withdrowing mony you can do it by using your credit card(not the one which you have used in your previous paypal accounts)

I don't have any advice, I just wanted to chime in because I got a small chuckle out of it (I've been awake for a LONG time now, so please give me some leeway).

Anyway, I saw the title of this thread on the homepage of BHW, and the first thing that ran through my mind to give as advice was: "Stop doing whatever you're doing to get banned!"

I just waited for a short time - basically as long as it took to set up a basic bank with a basic debit card and then set up again!

Just don't do anything the same as you did before for the first few purchases/sales !

Nearly a year has gone by and not had anything go wrong at all, i have a couple of cases with dodgy scammers from DP but that didnt flag anything at all

1. Get a US VPN
2. Get a Fully Verified US paypal.
3. Login to that paypal always form that VPN.
4. You will notice that your paypal stays a lot lot longer

Why not just try calling them, ask what the F is going on lol. If youre not doing anything to violate there TOS they should give you a decent answer

Heres a few tips:
Like Volla suggested use VPN.
Go get a pen and pencil it's time to do some work!
1.Whip out the WhitePages, look for two names, ie. Joe Morgan and Nick Presto
2. You can change the name to Nick Morgan, Joe Presto. You want it to sound like a real name. Now jut down the address, you'll need it later for AVS. Details about AVS, ask your VCC provider for that.
3. Now you have a NEW set of name, address. Go ahead and order a prepaid phone, virgin mobile is good.
4.For VCC options I suggest you go down to your local retail store and get some vanilla visa or something like that
5. Now your phone arrives, pay with the gift card (if you want to stay anonymous), go to the vanilla visa page and update your address info. Then you should be able to use it with EXPUSE.
6. Now's the tricky part, BANK account. I've seen people suggest NetSpent and such. Ask around, I personally ordered a BANK FREEDOM card but it never arrived. So I just send my money to my main account as service (do not send as gift or ur fucked), But recently I found a better way to open a legit bank account with real name. DO NOT REGISTER BANK UNDER A FALSE NAME, IT WOULD BE JAIL TIME FOR YOU!
7. Now you should have the phone, just verify it with that prepaid phone and keep it up cause once in a while ebay might want to call you or whatever IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THEY WILL BAN! So yes =) would you kindly, pick up the phone and say Hi.
8.Meh you're done, good luck. Normally I offer help to those who got their ebay+paypal banned as a consultant, but since it's memorial day weekend, I'll just give out some free information =P. If you want detailed help though, PM me.

vovvnesk is right, never request a debit card from paypal, I just did and the results are pretty bad.

I have my own verified with 2 credit cards, and bank account paypal, I was bored one day and requested a debit card. Three days later, my account is limited. They want my Photo ID, SSN, bank statements, utility bills, phone verification, sent a letter to my house and gave them the 6 digit pin on the piece of letter to confirm my address, and more.

So unless you want to go through that fun process, DONT REQUEST A PAYPAL DEBIT CARD.

I need help with paypal account being banned, I had a account few years back that got suspended and closed and i have had this new account for a year or so and I applied for debit card and they limited my account and wont release my money, how do i set up a new one ?? can i just get a new bank account and new credit card numbers? will that work ? what do i do about the Social security number ebay and paypal ask for? need help dont want to keep going through this again? how long will they hold my money in my paypal account i really need it out?
