No, I don't think you would get away with that.
If you photocopy a book it doesn't mean you wrote it.
If you rip a CD to your HD and burn it again it doesn't mean you made that CD.
A lot of photosites have a copyright notice.
Now let's say you took a pic from a site that hasn't got it.
ISPhoto is very strict so I guess with any doubt about your copyright they will kick you.
