There is a ton of information on this forum, but if something is

What are we lacking here?

traffic exchange for example and black hat in adult business. also how to start cpa campaign with a small site/page (to be accepted).
...and how to hide external hardlinks and some java codes from google.
and some reviews about the content generators.

i want to... learn more about cpa....

CS is not very clear to me. i don't understand why it wouldn't be easily detected by egay or azon. so i'm afraid to try it until i understand why they can't detect it

also i'd like to know how to buy targeted traffic for parked pages...

I think bhw should have a tech thread where non techy people can learn some tricks without going to school for computer science or picking up a 1000 page bible from the bookstore.

One thing I would like to know more about is generating some serious traffic to a website, whatever kind it may be. I see people on here talking about how many uniques, etc that they get in a day, and I've just never been able to do that. There are tips here and there throughout the forum, but a step by step method of what needs to be done to take a simple website to getting thousands of visitors a day would be something I'd be interested in. I'm just not too saavy with SEO, etc. Hearing first hand what I should do and what kind of time frames would be expected would be helpful.

I'm not asking anyone to type me up a guide tomorrow, but this is just something that I'd be interested in learning more about.

I am with tattoo here... CS, especially referrer stuff, has alluded me as well. Would love to know a bit more detail... I know, I know, read the posts already made here, they are gold (I absolutely don't disagree, but after four or five times of reading them I still can't wrap my head around hiding/changing the referrer).
