Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
So you wouldnt really recommend those e-whoring website systems/methods? I mean, I might be new to IM or whatever, but Im very good with computers and internet knowledge/savvyness, and I always approach everything from a logical point of view. In just a week or so, I made 30 bucks posting on CL, and I know theyre not scamming me, I got the funds in my new PayPal already. It might not sound like much, but logic tells me that by simply scaling up (which i know sounds easy but takes effort and time) I can make money. Who fuckin cares about so called reputation? no one knows who you are and if it makes a buck, fuck it, its better than risking a trip to rikers island doing some illegal shit in the streets.(believe you me) Besides, Im just trying to put myself thru college, maybe buy a used 1500 or 2500 $ car and fuck me a nice hoodrat or two, in other words, I just need a little clothes(butter soft leather jackets i must have, you can probably tell im from NY), maybe a nice car, when i say nice car, i mean a used toyota, acura, nissan or lexus, made around 2002, IF IM LUCKY!! and fuck me a nice little hispanic slut thats satisfied with mcdonalds and a movie ;0 lol.
Anyway the point is, im not trying to make a career out of this, nor do I have a half of dozen kids that need enfamil and diapers daily, I just need to get by until i can make it out of this damn recession with a bachelors degree and able to maintain myself financially without getting in trouble, to be honest and quite frank with you. So please dont knock the hustle, or the game for that matter, for the simple reason that Im new to it, and your breaking my heart with all that talk. Once the $ is in your PayPal, you are not being scammed, and you might not make 2,000 a day, but you might make a couple hundred a week, which is good, im just trying to eat, dont discourage me fam...
On something more tangible, logic tells me if I can aquire more proxy sites to post from, and I put my best foot forward, which means write my own ads, be creative, and as one of you said a few posts ago, put yourself in the shoes of the person taking a look at your ad or product or whatever it may be. and I get a grasp for what Im doing not just sitting back and hoping to get my hand held or catch a piggy-back ride through the money making process, and I scale this thing up just a bit, I might be able to carve a meal out of this damn recession we're going through.
What do you people think, cant this work? Mind you, a couple of hundred a week would be OK, I wouldnt complain...

Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
I was introduced to the IM game through ones of these websites. Im hoping this isnt a bad, or at least not sureshot failure way of being shown a new scheme canvas. Im not here to pose, spam, fake or any of that shit to you people. I just want to eat. For now too, not forever. Im here to learn, work, and get it. If you can help me out, and need a creative and adept writer PM me, one hand washes the other, and so forth, fuck that 'hoard the scheme to yourself till youve squeezed the life out of it' bullshit. To me, thats bullshit. Long term, youll get a crappy unstable career but eventually youll just get snaked out of your niche by someone who can probably market it better and you wont have a safety net to keep you from crashing to the bottom because you didnt give back some support to build a little network of GOOD, HARD WORKING people. Some of us might be new, but we are also here to get busy, not bullshit around allday. Anywayz I leave you guys, im gonna finish this cigar clip, and call it a nite.

Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
Thanks for the great post ;
I am doing good with adsense, CPA and my own products... everything is just as i
wanted it to be a year back....
Before BHW I bought lots of ebooks even the $997+ priced... but none gave me an idea or a method through which i can start earning.
Then one day I visited a website and just noticed what was he doing..... Started doing the same thing and still doing it for the last 2 years and making $$$...
So the money is in “Thinking out of the box” and your own research.

Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
I agree with the OP. Most of the stuff Ive read on this forum is bullshit. But I've also learned a lot from the few good posts. Thankfully I have a good internet-bullshit-filter due to my day Job as a Web- / UX-Designer. Spending time reading threads here is definately a help (in the beginning). But make sure to:
- Stick to threads with more than 20 posts and / or where the subject title sounds solid -- ex "Google is Warning about Comment Spamming | Must Read" over "$100/day Beginners Easy, CHEEZY, DarkAsPitch Method!" (actual titles from BHW Homepage today)
- In those threads, skip over the shitty "Wow, what a great postz, that really inspired me, thanks a lot!" posts that litter the thread (side note: great idea to ban repeat offenders), and zero in on the longer posts to see if they have something to say that sounds sensible.
And put in some time. Over the course of 2-3 weeks of putting in 3 or 4 hours a day on a certain subject, and thinking about it when youre away from it, the new concepts start to fall into place and ideas start to form, at least for me.
I have no doubts that if there is money to be made with some of the core principles postulated in this forum, I will find one that suits my needs, skills and resources, and adapt it to make money for me. I actually already have a few good ideas, and this thread inspired me to try them out instead of hoping I find that someone else on this forum already did something similar.
And yes, make this thread default reading for anyone new who signs up. Actually, create a test for them to take about the contents of this thread and if they fail, ban their IP.

Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
Well said not sure about 99% of what on here is bullshit - In my expreince take for example sensatioanlist crap package the content was great not bullshit or rehashed...(its basically a way of making money through groups on facebook)
HOWEVER when trying to implement the method onto Facebook - Facebook themselves have changed their algorythms rendering the system useless. Or maybe you just need to think alittle outside the box .....

If I could have put into words like that myself I would have, some of the points you highlight are things I have been thinking just in a mubojumble type of order. Was interesting to see it all made sense of thanks. You are right there are so many liars out there and the points you make on wanting specifics in a business sense is sometimes forgotten or let slide because we are on the internet... For the most part I agree with you....
but the 99% you refer to is usually related to these things in one way or another. I dont think its fair to says its all bullshit. Over hyped? yeah rehashed over and over again? yep. but money is made none the less.
personally I have a different way of looking at it that might be offiensive but all well.......90% of people who approach IM dont have the intelligence or dilligence to succeed in this game. Too much misinformation and false hopes going around about IM.
its not bad advice so much as people just dont have what it takes to taking those extra steps to succeed whether they be working hard, thinking outside the box, or persitance.
the majority of info online about IM is bullshit because the majority of people who try their hand at this game are failures.

Re: Message to ALL beginners trying to "make money online"
nice tips bro....To survive in internet marketing , You need to be creative
I am adding a few more things For successfully making money
(1)
There is just too much things to try out - you will get confused tryng a little bit of everything and make $0 , and say its just crap.
Choose what do you wanna do , adsence , cpa whatever and stick with it , until you have tried everything you could think of nothing, once exhausted...after a few days start fresh.
(2)Look for Things , what people need , Simple demand and supply , demand being who will purchase your product and supply what you will be selling to make money.
(3)Always choose before working on a product who do you want to target , newbi's (easiest target) or pros...or both.
(4)
Decide : Wanna work long term or short term...Scams are something which works on short terms , maybe a few $$ but you will not make money on long term , so i will suggest be honest and try to make a reputation. Will be less money in the beginning but later you will earn much more trust me on this!
(3)People will say white hat or black hat
I suggest split your work in 2 , try both ways...a money earned is money earned..doesnt matter which way its coming from.
(4)Even if you are able to come up with a good method , and earning ..just dont stop , try to expriment with it , and try for a little more...Being greedy always help
.
(5)Dont ever think you can do all the work, when you are not able to do all the work , try to include frinds with similar intrests , and ask them to do the heavy dry work , make apprentices...Word of advice: "Dont reveal them with al of your secrets".
You will get time , to work on new methods, use them to develop more methods this will further increase yoru income..
(6)Once you feel , that you are becoming a pro in one revenue source like adsence , try other things..Assign one of your apprentice to look after the work..
(7)And last and foremost thing
what do you wanna sell , one time thing or want to sell them on a mothly basis.
if you are selling one time kindaa thing -comparatively less work and method
Subscription based -- it will be more work and effort...but will give you revenue in long run.
Newbi's try easier things first , start with realistics goals , but always think for 6 figure income , when you are working on a method.
Enjoy

Well, sort of.
I've found that some of the most bullshit threads get the most replies, so you can't really judge by number of replies.
"ZOMG make $1,000,000 per week EASY || NO BS METHOD || if you can't do this you're a dumb noob!!!" type of threads always get 1,000 replies, yet they're obviously bullshit?
Why?
1) If someone had a $1M per week method they sure as hell wouldn't give it away
2) Well, there are 50 more reasons, but really that #1 reason is the only one you need
HAY GUIZE MAYBE THIS THREAD WILL BE THE ONE WHERE I LEARN THE SECRET TO EASY RICHES!!!11!!oneone!!!
What also cracks me up is the sheer number of "omg, great method!!!" replies to something that was obviously bullshit in the first place.
It's like a formula:
1 - Post a bullshit method and be super vague about it
2 - 20 idiots will give thanks and say "oh dood grate method, i are going to retire next week from the monies I make w this method lol for realz i am serious!!!"
3 - Sometimes someone realizes the method is bullshit and asks a legit question that either:
--- a) goes completely unanswered (because the OP knows it's bullshit and can't answer)
or
--- b) the OP reaffirms that it is bullshit by giving another super vague answer, to which all the idiots from step #2 give thanks and say "oh wow u r so smart will u bee my online guru for making monies????"
Anyway, stay tuned as next week I will reveal my super easy method for making $1,000 per day hands free on autopilot totally undetectable totally easy and totally free that is so easy even a noob who doesn't know anything at all can be up and running in 5 seconds and to be honest I'm making so much money from this method that I retired 5 times in the amount of time it took me to type this post!!!!

I love the post.. The ugly truth.. Ive been in IM for months and sad to say I learned those things through experience.. and in IM I can say that you need to focus in order to suceed. Try and focus on single method for months or so and not just jump to different methods everyday..
It takes time.. it needs growth..

I have found that to be very true. Your subconscious mind works in the background and seems to come up with those Eureka moments when your brain has had a rest.
Have you ever noticed that when you are trying to remember something that's on the tip of your tongue it suddenly pops up into your head a short while later when you have stopped trying to remember what it was?
I think everyone has a little 'helper' inside their subconscious mind that goes off to find what we need. The conscious mind's job is to do something about it once found.

It's a brilliant example of exactly what would happen if someone were to actually post a profitable method.
It's exactly why profitable methods don't get posted.
And it's exactly the reason why I don't sell e-books, why I copyright EVERYTHING (except that post, lol), and why I keep lawyers

No, that's not my site, either.
That may be one of those forums that scrapes posts from other forums.
There's a large trading forum that I used to post on. There's a different forum that scrapes all the posts from that forum and posts them under different usernames. It's really weird, because no one goes on that other forum and it's all scraped posts o.O
I have never even heard of guidegenius before.
I guess I'm flattered that people loved my post enough to steal it and claim it as their own.
For clarification: the only place I have ever posted that is here on bhw (first in another thread on bhw, where the first post in this thread was initially a reply to someone else's post where they were complaining about not making money, and then later here, in this thread). I have not posted it on any other forums or sites, nor do I have any plans to.
