And I can't sign up for a CPA network cause my parents don't like phone calls from strangers. But A majority of the articles I've been reading or trying have been stalled because they have to involve a CPA account. Surely there's more ways to make money than this? I"m trying to save my money so I can build my own gaming rig.

With zero capital to invest you can't really start and hope to earn fast. AC is a best way to gather $100-$200. Or you could scout the Services For Sale forum and see what other users here are selling. Try to sell some services and you can make some money.

That being said You can either write, cl,adsense,adword,freelance,cpa,design a bot,coaching, there are ton's of ways to make money bro, Fill out some survey's from cash crate google it. And a future advice before you jump into the water to swim with the shark's fully understand what type of sharks are in the water. Case and point you flipping website's. Not saying people dont make money but you have to know what to buy or what to have a freelance design for you and you sell also but learn form these mistakes they are going to propell you into success

If you can build sites you have a skill you can sell. Also if you can install blogs for people you can sell your services. You can always find buyers at DP. You can always offer people free sites or blogs in return for them signing up to the hosting company you are affiliated with.
