Hey, I'm looking to buy US pop inventory. I run a CPV network and so can provide you with an xml and rev share or just a direct link/and or pop code. I don't mind what kind of site you have (as long as the content is legal in the US) I have an exit code that can't be defeated by pop blocker, however it is pretty annoying- great if you don't care about visitors and just about profit. I can pay more if you allow the pop to double pop.

I get paid every 60 days, but initially to setup a good relationship I will pay you every 7 days (no pre-pays, sorry it's just not worth the risk for me.) but eventually would like to just pay net30 so it's not such a loss for me initially.
