I've been looking into this for a while now, I have realized that it is not possible to get a U.S. based debit, bank accnt, or other similar account without giving out secure personal information, including a social security number.

I think an option is to use an international debit card from a bank outside the U.S., but am not sure how easy this would be.

I am wondering if anyone knows of decent providers of international debit cards that don't require secure personal info (like SS number).
