VCC Needed Urgent. More Info.....

Hey all,

I'm in desperate need of a vcc to verify paypal. Some reason because i took 3 lot's of $60 payments in such a short space yesterday they have put my acc on hold. I have a verified bank but now they want a card which i dont have. Seems odd to me :/

If anyone could help, much would be appreciated.
Just need a valid vcc number, exp date and security code. No money on it.
Must be able to verify paypal with it.

Im willing to buy it or trade for maybe a small method from a stack i use.

Be careful as PayPal is very strict with VCCs nowadays ..you need one with AVS capabilities and be ready to verify your ID by the phone robot ..

If the account is in your name than I suggest you to get a credit card and follow the normal procedures. PayPal is smarter with every day passing....
