I have a blog that has music album downloads, updates regularly, i am trying to think of ways that i can monetize this site, i was thinking of using cost per impression and cost per click ads, but that really doesnt bring in much. I was thinking about using a content locket to get CPA leads, but im finding it hard to get accepted and things.

Any advice on OTHER ways to monetize this blog?

If you were to read the topic, you would know that the OP clearly said they are having problems getting approved for CPA networks, which means using CPA Wizard, without a CPA network to be totally pointless.

You could look into running full page adverts, as well as PPC/CPM adverts, seeing as, most of the time people don't mind these kind of adverts, compared to gateways anyway.

Totally depends, I've never tired to run adverts on a warez blog, so I don't really know, I'm assuming Adsence wont' allow warez-content, so there off the list, check out AdBrite, they should allow it (I think they do) - Plus they have full-page adverts and I think they have CPM offers and PPC, so you can run all 3 types of adverts on a single company/website

Hm well I wounder what all those stars actually were in the other guys posts but well. You say that its hard for you to get accepted, I 'd recommend you to try adscent media. I am a total noob and got accepted straight away, the only phone call i got was an automated one telling me a password straight after entering my details no talk to them nothing. Just got accepted after applying. Hope that helps

make on it vip section so visitors need to pay a membership fee each month to get special albums and to get the site ads free. i know a warez site use this strategy and look good.

I second this suggestion. Adscend does seem to be very laid back in terms of accepting applicants and they also have some pretty decent offer and a payment gateway that you can use on your site. But regarding other networks (and using CPA Wizard), getting in is actually not that difficult. Browse around in the forum a bit and you'll find plenty of in-depth guides on how to get accepted.

As for using CPC/CPM, that's a possibility too but I truly suggest you look toward content gateways as with this type of site, a gateway will make you tons more money than any CPC/CPM deal.

I had same problem but i think xtendmedia is the best solution here ! i have been using them since on my W blog . I hate adbite but i heard they are making changes . there is also etology and widgetbucks .
