No shit...

I went ahead and downloaded R-o-u-l-e-t-t-e S-n-i-p-e-r from the thread here on BHW.

I then stayed up for about 5 hours practicing.

The instructions that come with the software are not super clear which is why I put some time in practicing.

Went to sleep. Got up about 5 hours later -- went to my coffee shop which is where I hang out during the day while I write.

Took a break from writing -- downloaded both 888.com and GoldenCasino.com software -- installed them.

Deposited $500 into GoldenCasino.com account -- started playing roulette.

Was in the black within minutes and never looked back during THAT session.

1st session win was $348 in 40 minutes.

Went back to writing... A couple of hours later, logged back into GC and resumed playing.

2nd session win as $167 in 50 minutes however, during this session I hit a downward swing and rode it out or should I say, GROUND it back out to the black.

$348 + $167 = $515

At this point, here were my thoughts on the software... I love it! I don't know shit about Roulette but I have been a professional gambler for the last 25 plus years, I did make a slight tweak to RS's recommended betting scheme.

Basically, this software just crunches the numbers that come up on the wheel and tracks them. At specific intervals when a certain number comes up on the wheel (you then submit that number to the software), it recommends a particular bet on the layout. I had no problems with ANY of the bet suggestions except the 2, 3, and 4 number combination bets.

I found these to be fairly risky... To be fair to RS, I did win about a third of these bets when it said to bet them but I still felt they were a bit too risky so I changed those particular betting schemes when RS recommended them. I simply bet whatever set of 12 numbers that particular scheme fell into i.e., if RS recommended that I bet the 6/3, then I bet the "1st 12" instead and simply progressed the bet if I lost.

I was playing $5 units so my progression went like this when I lost:

$5-$10-$15-$25-$35-$50-$75-$100 -- unfortunately, GC wouldn't let me bet $100. Max bet was only $99. However, I only had to go that high ONE TIME and won all the other progressions at some point during the progression.

I did in fact lose two-thirds of the 2, 3, and 4 number combo bets which is WHY I changed my betting strategy to something a little less risky. Once I made that change in RS's recommended strategy, I had a lot less downward streaks.

Last session -- which I just completed about an hour ago... I set the software to allow me 5 wins for 30 minutes of play before quitting. It was a fairly GRINDING session i.e., by grind, I mean SLOW and tedious but even so, in a half hour I still netted $153.

I'm not even mentioning the match bonus money GC credited to my account either... LOL.

Some notes...

I set RS for conservative play with every configuration of numbers ticked in the "Play Style" section of the software.

I set "Wins per table" to 5.

Play for 20 to 30 minutes but I like the 20 minute setting best.

Minimum wager was set to $5.

I started off with $500 in my account.

After clicking on the "More" button in RS, I made sure that both the "Conservative Betting" and "Conservative Defaults" boxes were checked. During practice play, I realized halfway into the practice sessions that I had the "Aggressive Defaults" box checked and I experienced many more downward trends dipping into my bankroll... Even so, RS continued to GRIND it back up to get me in the black.

Everything else was just left at the default settings.

You must pay attention to the numbers that keep coming up and correctly submit them to RS so that it can successfully track them. Although like mathematicians say... Dice and Roulette wheels have no memory but being a pro gambler who's way into the black with craps, I have a tendency to keep the same dice and likewise with the roulette wheel... If I missed a number, which I did once, I quit and started over. While I definitely do believe in mathematics, I also believe in my gut and when my gut tells me to do something, I trust it.

Now before anyone possibly thinks this is the holy grail here... Let me just say that the mathematicians also say that roulette cannot be beaten in the long run. To me however, the long run is defined by playing these games as if they were your job -- day in -- day out -- grinding away mercilessly at the tables.

I have never played that way... I have my own set of stop losses that I live by as well as my own set of betting strategies that obviously work on a progressive basis... On top of that, I utilize a bankroll of a certain amount of cash and then split that bankroll up into MANY different session bankrolls so that I am never in fear of losing my entire bankroll.

I only say this because I do not recommend anyone go into debt or use their rent money to play blackjack, craps, or roulette. That's always "scared money" and people using scared money have one hell of a time adhering to a rigid set of rules to help keep them in the game for the long haul.

Finally... I have met MORE mathematicians at the roulette wheel than anywhere else in the world... LOL. Many of these players were in fact, geniuses who had devised a "similar" method of playing and betting on roulette to that of the RS software. In fact, these mathematicians were allowed to play inside the casinos with their notepad, a pencil, and a calculator. Most of the mathematicians I've met over the years who played roulette won money which is WHY they played the game.

RS essentially does all these calculations for us. Of course, you're not going to be able to take it into a casino but for online play, I cannot recommend it ENOUGH. Yes, I've only played it with real money 3 times but the software very much simulates the way a pro gambler would approach the game in my humble opinion.

If you can stick to RS's stop loss suggestions and quit -- switch tables when the software recommends it and bet the set of 12 numbers INSTEAD of the combination number bets RS suggests following a realistic progression, you might just make yourself some decent $$$$$.

He stated he was using Roulette Sniper, not RSPinner. Hate for you to try and follow what he did using the wrong software.

That depends, were you ever up any worthwhile amount and then you blew it by playing to long, or were you never up and you just lost it all?
