Dammit, I'm virtually broke at the moment. What's the minimum amount of money I would have to spend to buy a the replica Ipods? 500$ or a 1000$ I can wing it. 1000 or 2000$ I'm going to need a personal loan why did I see this now when I'm sort on money.

I'll check out these companies. Damn, I'm tempted to sell my car in order to fully try this.

I can't edit my threads darn. Reading this more I see a risk and that ICE story is scary. I think 1 simple tiny label at bottom of a very very long ad would cover that. My issue is making sure the supplier gets that apple symbol on the back of these things. If I had to do it myself I'd need to see an actual apple unit and figure out how to get a decent looking symbol on it. Damn goldmine though I'm asking the seller if he "accidentally" put an apple on the back...

permansus there's a lot of competition out there. Ebay isn't very friendly about replica stuff. You're better off hustling in the street

We fish should make our own thread. Seems like these Black Hat old timers don't want to help us. From what I heard, don't say Apple ipods, Gucci Bags etc. Instead say MP3 player, designer bags

With that said Ebay will still find a way to mess with ya. They like to bite the hands that feed their greed

They like to let you really rack up some sales. You end up buying 100 of an item. Everyone starts to make money off them. Then bang Ebay shuts down the moneytrain.

That CQout I joined and took three hours to list my replicas I have left then in my email there was a message you have been blocked until you send £100 to our P.O box for listing these items.

    WTF

I asked for my £2.00 refund in four emails they charged me this when joining and they just ignored my emails.

THe woman is suposed to be a right bitch and I really felt like going down and cutting her head off I was that pissed with them.

So anyone can hack the site teach them a lesson?

Wow this thread is old, gald to see people are still adding to it. Anyway I have been selling one ebay for awhile, and sold mp4 players recently. Basically ebay removed my auctions because I said "not an apple itouch". They said it was keyword spamming. My question is, how do u get your auctions exposed with ebays new most relavant search results, without getting your auction removedfor saying it isnt and apple product. Is anyone still making money with this method?

I don't have a website, I'm not a dropship company. I figure i can make a little bit while helping keep the cost to you guys cheaper and also trusting the person. Bottom line is i live in NYC, stuff is cheap here so you can buy 5 dozen up front from china for $1000's or you can call me say i sold 1 on ebay here's the address ship it off and heres your paypal money. Honestly if i get the replica for $20, maybe i charge you $25 so i make 5 bucks for my trouble of getting and shipping it, you sell it for $80 bucks - what a win win. I can get you pics of everything. Let me know.
I am the PPC king - I can market anything!!!

    Hi,

Wow - reading your posts scares the crap outta me, I'd run a mile, catch my breath, then run a few miles more from some of these 'deals'

If I could buy products that resell for $100 for a cost of $20 and only make $5 reselling them... WHY???
As the dropshipper.. I buy the bulk, ship it, deal with sellers, have my money invested in that stock waiting for sellers to 'no-risk to them' sell it... WHY?? that's past charity...

Sorry to be sceptical, but the old saying of 'If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is'... is very very real... please think and be careful..

Put yourself in the importer/dropshipper position, why sink your cash into stock, do all the shipping and make $5 per unit whilst someone gets $75 for dropping an ebay or classified ad??

People who need to make money are the perfect victims for such scams.

If they send product at all, it may be an empty box, something totally random or faulty... you then get the bad feedback, the customer service hassles and possibly no return/support from your seller - beyond that, you've sent your payment in good faith and may have to refund or even worse face legal issues (in the uk - trading standards, oft, consumer rights people etc).

Some of these deal may be real, check the people out carefully, at the end of the day its your/your family money... your risk.
If it's real, fair play, make a fortune, just don't get scammed.

Check them out, get a sample delivered to you for approval, don't always believe their customer and trading partner feedbacks - those could be from fake or associated people to make it all look legit.

    Good luck, be safe..

    Si

    Hiya,

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not pointing any fingers or blaming anyone in person, it's just a warning for anyone getting involved to think carefully before deciding.

It's so easy to jump for what looks like big $$$ and then find out you've jumped off a cliff when you're in a bad place and need money quickly.

    Si

When those "pocket bikes" first came out I bought an entire 40' container full from china using Alibaba as the source. Everyone insisted on wire transfer... I actually wire transferred something like $22,000 to those people... talk about nerve racking as it was the first time I'd ever imported anything. Thank god I didn't get scammed... The result was... I ebay'ed the whole container out in about a month and netted about $25k but it took like 45-60 days to get the suckers, and the market was so saturated by the time I offloaded them I was too scared to try it again, and probably a good thing I didn't cuz it all died out and they were going for less than cost within a couple of months after that. Man were they pieces of junk, but CHEAPER THAN DIRT! hehehe If you can get in on the 'next big thing' you can rape it pretty hard. Razor scooters were the rage a few years before the pocket bike thing. In this market knock-off stuff is probably the shiit.

I told myself I'd never try wholesaling again. Haha, I guess I lied to myself but I'm glad I did.

Funny thing was that I did a western union payment and later that day after I sent the payment I read about western union scams. My heart serious just dropped and I knew that money was gone forever. At that age 1500 was a boat load to me because I was in high school making 8 bucks an hour part time. That shit took me like a month to get back.

...it's said right at the beginning of the thread..."look-a-like"-products of brand-products with high demand! Not necessarily called "fake"!

Asia is good in tracking the trends...and they're quick (and have to be) in producing them then!

...what's so complicated with taxes? You pay tax on ebay-income like on every other income! They don't care HOW you rake it, if they get their piece!

And customs they same - just talk to them and ask, they tell ya.

This is just funny, I seriously think most of you guys are missing the point. The point is not what to sell or where to get it, the main questions should be how can u manage it to last for a while and not 1,2 or 3 months. How can u prevent ebay banned your account ?? How can u prevent paypal limited your account ??

I speak chinese and read chinese very well, I got tons of product that will kill ebay, but I am pretty sure that it will kill your paypal account as well, which you wont be able to use it again.

There's no way eBay or the feds can track where you live if you do this, right?

    fake address on paypal
    fake address on ebay
you can even use an address that's a dropship mailbox you own just in case..

"NEVER PAY VIA WESTERN UNION, WIRE TRANSFER, or BANK TRANSFER."

LOL, I know someone who "donated" a few hundred bucks by WW.

Man, I wish I read this on Alibaba before I got scammed out of 2 grand.
I did pay through Western Union and I did end up losing it all to never get it back. I had a feeling it was a scam but for some reason I wanted it to be legitimate and that over-powered my reasoning and common sense.
I'm mostly upset because it was all the money I had and the guy wasn't human enough to care he took everything I had saved up.
There might be true legitimate vendors on Alibaba but I'd sell my left arm before I ever go through anyone there. That's just me.

Hi this sounds great but in reality people wont pay much for a knockoff of any item
so you would be lucky to make 20-30 bucks profit on any product .you would have to sell lots of products to make up min. quanity high dollar items you have to spend of your own money. another words turn around is very slow process.
