Don't buy from nehasood3, I bought 10 adwords accounts from him and none of them are working, all of them have card retry. I sent him pm's but he is not answering me. I can give all the proof that you need to show that he didn't replace anything, nor payed me back.

I bought VCC for ebay and didnt worked but he replaced several times
He even refunded me
I think this guy is quite fine

From what I hear this guy is the best around, but I have yet to work with him so don't take my word for it...

I sent him pm's on his blackhatworld account and although he is coming online he is not answering them. So until he explains himself I don't think you should work with him.
But at first I bought 2 adwords from him and they both worked, but the next day they didn't. There was card retry, that means that the vcc that he used aren't good.

Screw DP, use entropay or your bank account to make VCC's. There are a few other forums out there that have vcc sellers but if you set it up for yourself you are guaranteed quality vs. relying on someone else.
