Website in highly profitable field - You profit per success - Everything in your control

I just started a website in a profitable field. It is about $200-$350 per conversion, I have been in that niche before.
This approach is a new one, as I am offering really valuable information there - especially honest & useful informations. Talking about REAL reviews and therefore building credibitily.
I am currently not monetizing the site, just started it and want to leave it ad- and aff-free for some months. The website has now 4 reviews online more to come daily. It is has been wonderfully grabbed up by Google with INSTANTLY visible star ratings and perfect indexing. Personally I'd try to avoid link building in the first place and prefer to build a real quality content authorative site. The usde domain is already a year old.

My job:

• Provide (German) high quality content - about 3-5 HQ articles + a special benefit for the readers with account / e-mail subscription
• The website administration itself

Your job:

• Hosting it
• Take the domain in your internet-bs account
• Handle all the affiliate stuff like signups, the contact with the aff managers, ect.
• Not mandatory but useful: If you have experience in the binary options field it would be good.

So why am I am doing that:
1. I don't want to have contact with all these shady affiliate managers, I hate them from the bottom of my heart.
2. Though it is not illegal what I am writing I want to write everything I want about the companies I am reviewing. Where I live you can get quicker sued as you can say "court" and I don't want to take any risk.
