I'm looking for 1 partner who is capable of doing the following things with me on around 40 or so niche sites I've set up:
Writing:
-Content is mostly all there. I may need you to either write some new things from scratch, outsource that writing of new content with me, or edit some existing articles that were written/re-written poorly.
-Content is about 80% up to the par that I want at this moment for the batch of sites as a whole.
SEO:
-Xrumer, XGenSEO or SENuke, Scrapebox/nohandsseo, and whatever it takes!
-Panda proof SEO. If you have what it takes, you'll know what that means. If you don't know, then don't respond.
What you get out of this:
50/50 JV profits split.
I'm quite good at flipping site on Flippa.com
If you are serious about the JV, I'll show you a preview.
Auto blog flipping requirements (bare minimum):
1. Site must rank on first page for its main keyword at the time of auction listing.
2. Site must have a calculated worth (monthly revenue X 10) of at least $200
3. Site content must be acceptable and reasonable. It doesn't need to be perfect, but it should always be unique and reasonable. (Again, most of our content is already done and may need a few additions and editing).
Expected earnings:
At a minimum for the moment, I flip one to two sites a month. Sometimes the selling prices can be in the thousands. Often, they'll sell for just several hundred.
At a bare minimum, you should make approximately $400 / month with this JV. I want to scale that up, and if I suspect that you aren't working or will not work with me diligently to do that, then we pull the plug.
