So, I was planning on this JV. Whats on my mind ?

Well, Basically, I was planning to start my own little adsense empire by starting of with 5-10 MNS websites. But Why take the whole pain. Here's what I was thinking might work out.

I'll start working with people who have websites but no traffic or little results. I'll do the SEO/keyword research and we split the adsense profit/affiliate marketing profit ? What say?

Of course I am looking for already built websites and people who can invest and grow with me.

Frankly, I am looking for people that can dedicate to this project.

My plan :

1 website - 3 months of SEO/Article creation
Consistently building the website
Daily ranking tracking
Probably a journal in BHW about the sucess
Long term Business relationship
Payment through paypal/bank wire on profits only.
Expected income to be around 10-70$/day (depending on the niche)
Link building reports and results.

I have the skills, and I already have websites making some money, but I am looking to expand my passive income.
