[Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
hi
so i've been doing micro niche sites past 3 years, but got my adsense account banned last year in september, i was doing 1k€ per month back then, not much but it was steadily climbing each month
so now im back.
and i want to do JV with some "SEO guru". i can do seo myself, but its very tedious job for me and therefore i prefer to split 50/50 with someone who can do this faster and more efficient than me.
basically idea is that we make sites that will bring in nice revenue per month, and then flip it on flippa few months later when income from that site comes to its peak. we will use adsense and probably put affiliate revenue in to maximize income, we can even make purely affiliate websites without adsense
my part:
keyword research (based on your and my criteria, im quite good at keyword research, i've even had keyword research service 1 year ago)
making website (registering domain, hosting, writing articles...)
selling it on flippa ($x,xxx or $xx,xxx)
your part:
doing SEO to get on page 1 on google
PM me if your interested, and it would be nice if you can show some proof of rankings, so that i can see that ur serious about this

Re: [Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
So, you basically setup a site, maybe takes a day to do all of that, and then you want someone to work a month+ doing the actual work? Yet, you want to handle the hosting, domain and sale, or basically keeping all the control to yourself.

Re: [Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
i dont need all control to myself, i just assumed that the guy doing SEO wouldn't want to do anything with domains and hosting and selling, but yeh everything can be arranged... we can re-arrange tasks that aint problem, i just need someone with solid SEO methods.
its not like im going to run away with these sites, i've been around for 3 years now, not what you would call regular scammer right? plus it's easy to find my facebook account by simply googling a bit
next point is flipping, that takes quite some time doing support on flippa, answering questions etc... and then actual transfer process, so its not like im in for only a day of work
plus i can help with SEO too... i have few seo tools, mainly SERPASSIST, been loving that one, so yeh its not like he has to do all seo on his own... and thats why we have tools for doing it.
im just looking for someone who has got a solid SEO plan, a solid way to get top 5 on google... because i dont have that frankly, its more about blind luck, therefore i need someone better in that area, we can both do SEO, thats certainly not a problem if you think seo guy will do the majority of the work, we could even go with 60/40 or something like that, like i said, everything is flexible

Re: [Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
Whats your keyword criteria that you're aiming for? In terms of searches and competition? And you mentioned you did Adsense, are you wanting to monetize these sites via Adsense too until they sale on Flippa?

im doing keyword research mainly with traffic travis software. analyze top 10 or 20 results for that keyword and looking at few things... such as average backlinks to page across all 10 results should be in the range of 100-500, obviously SEO guy would say the exact numbers and algorithms for picking them, then minimum monthly visitors should be atleast 2k+ checked with adwords tool on exact. keyword research mainly depends on what requirements "seo guru" will provide.
then if we have some sites like goarticles on top 10 etc etc, this are easily rankable keywords
i answered how would i monetize sites in first post but i'll do it again.
basically we can do 3 types of sites
first type would be solely adsense
second type would be adsense and affiliate combined (CJ, etc..)
third type would be affiliate sites only
in my opinion, we would be selling first and second type sites, where with third type of sites we could keep them for long passive income.
now why i dont want to keep adsense sites, is because there is always risk of getting banned. i experienced that and its a bitch, all income gone over night, so therefore my idea is to only keep affiliate sites (if we want to ofcourse)

Re: [Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
Interested but would depend on what % you were willing to give away and also what markup you can sell each site for on average? (or just their average sale price)
For $100 each site its not worth my time! But $500+ each and im interested!

well 50/50 split, or 40/60 split it depends on how much work would each of us do, if you would do all the seo then im fine with 40% for me
100$ is waste of my and your time, i was thinking of 1000$ minimum per site. obviously some sites wont live up to its name, but hopefully some sites will greatly surpass this number
basically most of sites are worth 10-15x monthly income, i havent sold much sites in the past because i wasnt into flipping before, now im quite up to date with whole flippa because im browsing through it daily and basically all that matters is revenue, and that you have verified proof of traffic and revenue, and that its passive income
so if site is only making 3$ per day, thats 90$ per month then we would get something like 1k$ which aint that much but none or less it is something if we can scale it up, or we can go for sites that earn 30$ per day which sounds much better in the end

Re: [Long-term] You do SEO, I do keyword research & build websites & FLIP them
I don't want to be a dick but "browsing through it daily" doesn't make you "up to date" expert on flipping sites.
It takes skills to sell a site. I suck at it. I sold a a site, privately and long ago, that made $XXX000 in a year for a tenth it made, other made $0 sold for $3500. Also few others that I regret now because they were actual businesses.
It is all about the right niche and keywords, and that is not only number of searches. Keywords must be action/intent keywords too.
Maybe it would be easier and safer for the long run to create own service/product websites rather then rely on and be at mercy of others like afl. networks and G.
Nevertheless I am amazed at all the shitty new sites that are sold on flippa everyday. All this BS reseller/outsource buying fans, buying backlinks and cookie cutter sites. Given the idiots buying those you might be wasting serious time and money creating legit real sites as those air heads might not appreciate your quality work.

If you're banned on adsense, what kind of monetization you'll use?

well it doesnt make me expert, but how hard can it be?
i've got few templates of sold auctions that did extra well, so basically its just bad luck if site wouldnt sell well...
for big important sites that will be bringing more than 1k$ monthly, we would probably use meathead (that fliping guy) his selling service, just to get that extra $ squeezed in

Man are you ignorant to the game... Meathead1234 is a website broker and is a professional... not a flipping guy.
To some up your plan... copy a site that sold well on flippa.
Then get free SEO from some BHW member.
Then sell the site, and pay for the SEO with 50% of the sale price.
Please punch yourself in the face for me.
