10k is a good amount of money, why not buy 2-3 authority blogs for around $2k each which already gave $$$ revenue each month and try to improve them with the rest of the money?

You ever thought of buying low and selling high? Or build sites and automatically rank them to sell them later. Or maybe someone needs to pay the next bill and so he is selling his passive site for 4x monthly revenue and with the money buy a new one then? Or maybe just sell some sites because you have too much to fill with content? Ohh there are also some people who just want to get rid of a site cause it´s no fun for them to keep adding new content for the same topic over and over again?

Come on... Why you think we have a site flipping section here and why you think meathead1234 and brian are brokering sites worth over 1 million dollars per year?

The guys making alot of money are the ones who invested some money into creating tools for other marketers to use, its like the gold rush cant dig gold without the proper tools . Id invest in a good programmer, a great marketing campaign and a great aged domain and of course a few vip accounts spread over the entire black hat communities
