I have a few CPA accounts and looking for a perment partner that can provide sales that are 100% legit and goes by the rules of the offer there isn't no only so much per day kind of thing earn as much as possible so if for what ever reason you can't get goods ones well lets partner up and make some loot.

PS I'll pay via PayPal once the money is in either PayPal or Bank account.

if someone can get %100 legit sales on any cpa campaign... they would just get a cpa account.

His point was legitimate, anyone that can bring in 100% legitimate good sales will have absolutely no problem getting their own CPA account and earning 100% of what they make rather than having someone take a 50% slice for doing nothing.

Because they send fake leads and get your cpa accounts banned and take your money and then they threathen you to leave a good review or else they will flood account with fake traffic and perma-ban you.

How are you 100% sure he didn't send fake leads that don't convert on the backend? How many did he send each day and for how long and to what network?

If that is the case then just carry on using his service and JV with him but I would be highly suspicous of someone charging pennies for something they can make hunderds out of it it was all legit.
