Is there a minimum contract length the client has to sign up for?

Thanks for your questions and feedback, its greatly appreciated.

There is no minimum contract length, if the client only stays for 1 month then you get 100% and we get 0. Its something we have thought about but hoenstly believe our service will show the results to keep them staying on.

We currently do not provide the commision on any of our other services with the exception of PPC management, i.e our backlinks services (which are just basic backlinks are very cheap but we only want to target real business / people who want proper SEO packages.

The training is not online, however it is set as a download so you can download and view all the resources, it includes a point by point breakdown of the different SEO packages on offer, it includes your ideal target audiences and stages you should go through in selling the service.

With a good telemarketer who fully understands the product that they are promoting, i would expect 1 in every 15 phone calls to result in a lead of some sort - i.e them getting in contact to ask for more info (dont worry on this, it will still be credited to you) and from that i would estimate 50% would decide to take on 1 of our services.


There are 3 main price points and packages (we can tailor it after speaking to client however would rather just push the 3 main products - less confusion for the client.

Would rather not go into detail in this thread about what is offered in each package but am more than willing to do so via pm if you would like?

Forgive the not answering certain questions intentionally, i can answer those ones via pm if you would like.

We are pretty successfull with ranking clients, and as the average time that clients use our services are 14 months we obviously do enough to make them see the true value of the service they are getting

Yes we do Google Places, thats one of the first things we do as its amazing how many business's dont have that set up, and its very straight forward but just takes time for the document to come through the mail.

The training services we offer is split into 2 sections with regards to SEO. Its split into basic and advanced (basic stuff is like your meta tags, h tags, basic onsite stuff, and your advanced focuses partly on factors that affect Page Rank, whilst not actually focusing on gaining page rank - but the factors that influence that are important, caniconical links, 301's and other stuff.

We have twice provided a white label training course / program for 2 UK based companies. Between them they had 7 people who wanted to do the training so it was more tailored towards their own sites using examples from their current site - we find that works alot better with them relating to the training.
