I am looking for a designer (wordpress) who can setup the site and add content to it regularly. I can provide few example sites.

I will do the keyword research and SEO. I have some SEO tools to start building backlinks. I can do onpage SEO as well. You just need to setup the site and add content regularly.

We will split the earnings 50/50.
