So here is what I'm looking for. I'm looking for someone with a Flippa account that already has good feedback. I'll explain why.

I need to sell one of my sites, as I need the money pretty urgently. Now, my Flippa account has no feedback. After doing some research, it looks like accounts with no feedback, generally take a hit on their first sale. Basically, people aren't willing to pay as much for a site if the seller has no feedback.

Yes, I need to gain feedback at some point or another, but I don't want to take the hit with this site (cause I know it could sell for a decent amount if listed on the right account).

A bit about the site:

- Site was started in September of 2011 (is about 4 months old)

Stats (month/traffic/earnings):
- September 2011 - 150 uniques - $14
- October 2011 - 450 uniques - $56
- November 2011 - 740 uniques - $90
- December 2011 - 1400 uniques - $230
- January 2012 (so far) - 430 uniques - $54

- Earnings are all from Adsense
- 90% of traffic is organic
- SEMRush says site has 117 keywords in Google

Due to the nature of this JV, I'm looking to work with people who are reputable around the forum (preferably JR.VIPs).

You sell my site on your account, you take a cut. Simple as that.

Thomas meathead is master of flipping websites and have lot of experience but i think he will not take website whose revenue is less then 500$.

You're not wanting to take a hit on this auction, yet you want to seller to take a cut. Wouldn't just selling the site with no feedback be the same thing?

how much you want for it? I might want it lol what is the site about generally, you don't have to say all the details also how long it take to keep it day to day run?

Based on the research I did, sites with similar stats to mine were going for $1000 to $2000 more on accounts that had feedback, as oppose to accounts with no feedback.

I'm obviously not going to give a cut of like 50% haha. So if they can sell the site for that much more, I wouldn't say it's the same thing. But thanks for pointing that out, as I completely forgot to discuss this in my OP.

It's in the clothing niche. I didn't have a set number in mind.

depending on how much room there is to expand with this niche you could leave it for a few months so you can show $200 plus over 6 months then it will go for even more plus you will have a few hundred extra lol :P

Haha yeah, I could do that, but I don't wanna wait any longer. I know I can expand my online projects pretty quick with this money. Right now money is the only thing I'm lacking.
