I've been doing SEO for others for the past ten years, and took the step of being a self employed Internet Marketer as of early 2011. I have big goals for 2012 and wanted to offer a hand full of seats on some of my new ventures.

So why am I offering this joint venture? Simple, I am looking to meet future partners to invest with me in my ideas. It’s nothing new; I am just a firm believer in success and power come in numbers.

I am offering a long-term investment that offers the opportunity to earn a monthly residual income from doing no work on your end. There are currently 4 available slots open; to claim a slot it will be a 500.00 investment. Please understand it will take some time to get things moving, you most likely wont get your first profit share for 60 days. I will be providing contracts, and will be offering top-notch communication, because I understand how important communication is with investors. You will never be in doubt of what is going on, or what the money is being spent on.

This project has been well researched and the demand is high for the service I am offering. This is a combined service of content creation and SEO for businesses.

My team that will be executing this project is already in place and waiting for me to launch. I have two Harvard grads both with a masters in English that are both very successful editors / ghostwriters. And an experienced SEO person that I trust very much, whom has never done bad by me, and has put keywords that I thought to be impossible to the front of Google.

The content writers are limited to 5 jobs per day since they have obligations to other clients; each job is a minimum cost of $300.00 to the business that uses our services. I am willing to split 20% to my investors per job. If we booked all 5 spots with our cheapest service each day of just 300.00 we will make 6,000.00 per month (we charge by the size of the project and some will go as high as 3,000.00 for larger businesses)

The investors would have $1200.00 to split at the end of the month. This would be 300.00 per investor since I have 4 available slots open.

Thanks for your interest in this JV. This is a one-time investment of $500.00, not a reoccurring fee. My writers are located in the USA, in the state of Massachusetts, and my SEO guy is in the USA as well in the state of Florida.

You wont have access to them directly, but I don't mind sharing their information with investors. Investors will only have access to speaking with me directly, and monthly profit shares.
