Get off your Moral High Horse. It's a service and no-one would be forcing anyone. So it's ok to screw compnaies/people to make money but setting up a brothel is stooping low to get money? The oldest profession in the workld and think how many frustrated husbands I'll be "helping out"

I wouldn't go there, but since you want, i think the key is really a constant flow of new girls, for that you probly need someone in a poorer country to recruit said girls (dunno how you would deal with paper work, but maybe make up a cover up company to make it legit, like a massage house or spa). You will need also bouncers, and to rent a space for this, preferencially a beat down bar in a remote location, with some rooms in the upper floors.
