An action plan doesn't just consist of carefully laid out steps to provide a service but also very importantly a starting CAPITAL. For this information and assistance I will ask for a tiny percentage of profit in your business once it becomes profitable.

I will give first priority to offline businesses (brick and mortar) that exist in a physical form. However I will also consider online ventures that have merit. No scammers will be accommodated. No obviously shady business practices either.

Nothing against you but I even contacted you. You told me the JV was closed and that you would give me the place where you got your $35,000 dollars.

You did nothing to help me or offer assistance to getting funded. I am even in the US so I knew I qualified.

What's the story there? You had no indication that you were closing the JV, even in your signature, you have PM me to get invested.

I want to get invested so if this is closed. Okay, great. Please indicate this and move on. If it's not, follow through on your word of helping others.

To be honest, and quite blunt. It seems like you are using this as a cover to get people to invest in your other project. Which is all gravy, but just be straight up and stop fronting. You are getting people's hopes up for nothing.

For someone who has capital, your focus should not be on conversations like these. It should be the other way around, the person asking for money should be the one making statements like the one you have above.

As an investor, if you do not like what the person has to offer, you move on because there are tons of other ppl with ideas/businesses but no money.

If you are going to be singling out a user like Sunny, it tells me two things:
1) The demand for your investment is low
2) Bad idea.. if you are going to haggle one of your prospective business partners in public like this, I wouldn't want to know what you would do when $hit hits the fan like it normally does for any growing business.

Take this from a guy who runs a few businesses offline, with combined staff of 30+. And these are not overseas outsources... They are grown men and women who depend on full time incomes to support their families.

Here's the thing, There has been so many posts yet none of them is related to the offer itself, so I am assuming you guys are just bumping the thread with no purpose right?

From my own experience every offline business need some huge investment, and you have to know what you are doing before you even consider to be in offline biz. Because the ROI takes too long and it really depends on your skills

Yep, even a smallest convenient store requires you to know all the prices and name of each product, don't just invest blindly, that's my advice to you guys
