I have a niche UK jewellery website that todate have never been monetized. However I am now considering taking on a JV partner to monetize this website that has been online since 2008.

The site gets around 10,000 visitors per month with the majority of these visitors coming via the search engines. The site has many keywords on the 1st page including the term "jewellery shops"

Built using Joomla my website has great potential to generate some good monthly revenues.
