About Me:

I'm an experienced web application developer coding in php. Based in London I have built applications on many platforms including facebook, twitter, tumblr and wordpress.

Whats On Offer:

I will work with you to develop your idea for an application and then write all the code to bring it to life.

Why Do I Want To JV:

Im not a IM expert, nor am I very good at marketing / driving traffic. But I am very good at coding - so with the right partner / partners feel that we can make money together and make the best use of our respective skills.

What Kind Of Projects Will I Consider:

Im open minded, though please bear in mind the following. It must be legal, it cant be too big a project ( im looking for projects that I can code in 1-2 weeks), I have no experience coding bots.

How Will The JV Work:

We develop the idea togther. Once the idea is sorted I will write all the code. I will purchase the domain and host the finished appliaction. I will then manage the code on an ongoing basis, fixing bugs and developing new features as necessary. You will then be responsible for driving traffic and ongoing marketing. Im happy to help with this but as I stated earlier this is not my skill.

What About The Money:

On order to safeguard your investment in terms of the idea and ongoing marketing all monetization of the application will go through your CPA/affiliate accounts. We share the profits 50:50, obviously after deducting any costs for example hosting, PPC and so on. You will transfer my share of the profits within 3 days of payment being made by the relevant network.

Another Point About The Money:

When doing normal contract work I charge $50-$100 per hour so I'm investing a significat $value in terms of my time in writing our application.

In order to weed out potential JV partners that either dont have the skillset/experience im looking for or the necessary commitment to the idea then I expect the JV partner to make a deposit with me of $200.

This is a small amount in terms of the cost of my time but it provides me with some level of reassurance regarding your commitment and also security should you decide not to pay me my share when the profit share is due.

This deposit would be returned to you at the first payment. So you would deduct the $200 from my share of the first profits and then transfer me the balance.

I may have a pretty cool self hosted web script idea. However, it is grey hat and could be used for black hat at the users discretion. Shoot me a PM with your contact details if you are interested.

Instead of asking for $200 which nobody will give you upfront, why can't you just code in a kill sequence... if they don't pay, make the program cease to work.

Simple.

Also, $50-$100 per hour? Are you US based and certified? That's the only way you've ever earned more than $45 per hour.

Let's get real here.

Agreed...i dont doubt that OP is skilled but this is a forum that is called "blackhat" and i think asking people to pay you $200 wont fly here if someone is serious or not.

The deposit is a token of commitment to the project. Its like having skin in the game. The last thing I want to do is spend 100+ hours coding something and find that my JV partner really isnt that interested and doesnt follow through with their part of the bargain. If they arn't prepared to to do so then I fully understand and this isnt the JV for them. No one is forcing anyone to take part. This JV is for those with marketing skills and not the coding skills.

I dont want to get into an argument about pay rates.... but if you read the opening sentance of my post you will see that Im London based and I regularly command this level of payment for my work.

Thanks for positive words regarding my skills. As I said earlier nobody is forcing anyone to take part and all the upfront work is on my part.
