[JV] I've got 5 millions emails and a few ideas - Need someone to inbox!

Okay so I don't post much in JV section but today I'm up for a JV with someone who is good at what you call "email marketing".

I've got more than million USA data records that include details like
email
first/last name
state, city, zip
Phone #
IP
etc...

I have some ideas in mind on how to use the list for maximum profits but I'd like to hear from my partner as well.

Again, you must be good at emailing (inboxing) and stuff. The more you can send daily, the better. But inbox rate shouldn't be compromised.

Let me know who's up for this?
