For now, it can be just Country wise. Maybe later on we wil change that also to niche specified but now it cant be done.

1st elaborate what "massive traffic" means.
And even massive traffic does not mean a single conversion.

I belong to some private networks that even allow BH... Their payouts are not the best but they are assured with BH traffic.
