I have a site that's in the category of "city profession" such as "miami dentists".

It's 2nd place right now, should be first in a few days.

40 you, 60 me. Should be easy to sell seeing as the KW gets ~400 searches monthly.

Bump, still need someone. Ranking #1 on google yahoo and bing for the keyword that gets 390 searches monthly.

TO CLARIFY: I rank for a keyword such as "miami dentists", so you'll be selling to local biz owners. it's now #1 for the term on g yahoo and bing so can fetch 2k easily.
