Got a few hundred domains that i want to sell but they aint anywhere near $500 a month ( hell not even $50 ), so guess i dont qualify for your service.

I was just wondering if anybody makes $500 a month on a single domain why on earth would they want to sell it, i would hang as much as i can

People sell sites for various reasons. To fund other projects, to free up time for other projects, to get out of a niche, when they feel revenue is stagnant, need cash for XYZ...

Can't tell you exactly without more details, but assuming an evergreen niche and solid traffic sources, probably about $12-14k.

Fees are done on a case by case basis, but generally 10% on completion.

I have few sites which doing good and if i get good price I could sell them.

I do have question like some sites are not monetize properly so how it's gonna get proper value (don't worry even in this state they make more then $500/month). Some making good money one month then little down next month so how we calculate their worth.

Just like to add my 2 cents to this thread by saying that Thomas is very professional a good communicator and approaches is selling with pro-active input enabling the seller to relax and get on with other work safe in the knowledge the any site for sale is progressing in the background

would be looking at 350k plus though..

If you mean $350k+ to sell your site, then you need to have a minimum of about $28,000+ profit per month.

That's what buyers are looking at if you want them to fetch over $350k for your site.

The price point is typically 12x-16x the monthly profit.

However, it really does depend on several factors, which I'm sure is what meathead looks at.

Just want to ask something like this:

If a website getting $1k2 per month from Google Adsense, getting 80k unique visitor per month, traffic source 83% from search engine ( Google ), 9% from direct traffic and the rest is reference.

How much it should be sell for ? and what is your percent !

the domain is developed.. about 12 years old.. kinda like a news site.. hits about 50k unique visits daily just never been monetized..

Can you sell ANY website? For example I have a few websites with only article 1-2 pages ... How much can you get?

I could pretty much sell anything if I wanted to, but it's simply not worth my time if I don't think I can sell it for at least 10k - I get over 10 pms/emails a day from various places with sites to sell and I can't do them all

Sorry, but sometimes, yes - we're very selective on the sites we take on so it takes me time to do due diligence on everyone who PMs me. I believe you already asked me about selling a site anonymously, which I said isn't something we would do.
