Sure. Flippa is obviously a good option for the majority of sites - we often use it ourselves as part of a marketing campaign to sell a site.

When it comes to Flippa, it's largely about trust in the buyer's eyes:

I'm the highest grossing seller on Flippa and have a considerable following. Same goes for the other sources we use - I am well known there too. Adding in my buyer list - that's more exposure than the average seller would get. Flippa charge 5% success fee & listing fees so whilst I charge more than that, it's highly likely I would get considerably more than you would on Flippa alone.

So if you sell a site yourself, you might get $30k, but for the same site we might get $45k if that makes sense?

Add to that the fact we do everything for you: prepare an information pack for the site, find buyers, filter buyers, do all negotiations, prepare sales contracts, advise on payment methods and much more.

And yes, we charge a percentage of the sales price on completion. No upfront fees. This fee varies depending on the size of the site and complexity of the sale.

Once you fill out the form, one of my team will be in touch. If it's a site we choose to take on, we'll then prepare the necessary paperwork and get the site out there. There's obviously a lot of other stuff in between but generally this is hands off for you. We'll keep in regular contact via email/phone/Skype/whatever is best for you.

It's worth filling out the form if your site is making $500 a month. We have more brokers now so can handle more deals.

The income is only one of many factors we look at when taking on a deal. It's worth filling out the forum anyway and we'll get back to you shortly.

If they end up buying/selling, yes we do. Get them to fill out our buyer/seller form and make a comment they were referred by you. Then drop me a PM and I'll track them for you in our internal database.

Hey I know you said that the website needs to be earning a minimum of $500 per month, but what if I want to sell a package of 5 sites in one Flippa listing, and each site makes $100 per month (total of $500 monthly). Is that ok?

We don't really have anything that small. Costs would vary - but I'd expect somewhere around $1500-$2000 on Flippa.

The site sold for 10 grand. My profit was 8 grand, minus a $100 escrow fee and a $40 international wire transfer fee. I won't reveal the site, that would be harmful to the new owner.

Takes longer to get their emails. I get a list about twice a month from them. They don't go willy nilly on just throwing up any site brought to them so it takes a bit to do thorough research. Just be patient, it's worth it.

I tend to send out an email twice a month. We usually have 5-10 new sites a month. We don't often have anything around the $10k level, but when we do, you'll get an email.

OK, I just want to leave a quick review for Flipping Enterprises. These guys are 100% professional and 100% reliable AND THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT THIS INDUSTRY NEEDED. Sold a site for very close to my original asking price (which was admittedly optimistic), and I could not be happier with the whole process that only took about a month or so. My broker Jay was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had very quickly. I just wish you guys would handle the lower-value websites as well, and then I'd never have to play around with Flippa again...

I have a few other projects that I will be contacting them about later this year, these guys can be a fantastic addition to your business model if you're in the business of publishing/selling many projects throughout the year, as they clearly have lots of reliable investors interested in these web properties. The best part is you can bypass all of the non-serious "lookey-loos" that can end up wasting everyone's time.
